I didn't want to get into her Dad's allegations last night and even though she wasn't happy about it she asked me to read her the book she had grabbed off my book shelf. One of my favorites. It's a mystery novel about two mates who find each other while they are both trying to catch the same serial killer that's on the loose.

“This announcement isn’t related to the Gathering. But, it’s of importance to me and my father has given me the permission to say this to everyone.” My hand on Ava released. She seemed more stable than earlier. Fred cursed. “Don’t tell me that fool is about to announce something idiotic?” I glanced back at him, but didn’t say a word. After what I had gone through today, I expected anything in this place. I knew this was not an average event but a ground of insanity. This is a place where reasoning wasn’t on their top list. Ron continued as if he had to say the most fascinating thing in the world. “There’s a silver wolf among us today.”

"She stole it! Everyone saw it. The necklace was in her bag!" All eyes turned to Emma, who remained calm and composed. She addressed the officers, "I request a fingerprint analysis of the necklace. Let's see how I could have stolen something without leaving my fingerprints on it."

I had always found solace in the written word, anyone could tell with the collection which was a testament to my love for storytelling. I often found myself lost in these paintings, seeking inspiration and connect

I am sure I can find one about this mysterious Mr. Fiction; I tell myself as I type on the g****e search bar. I feel the hesitation linger with doubt starts clouding my mind. What if I am not ready to find out about him? What if it is not something I am prepared for?
