THE RISE OF THE CHUBBY LUNA

THE RISE OF THE CHUBBY LUNA

Nora and I wandered between the bonfires while talking endlessly like we used to before my life changed completely. She tasted nearly every dessert table we passed and nearly screamed over the cinnamon pastries. “These are illegal,” she declared dramatically after biting into one. I burst into laughter. “That’s exactly what I said!” We eventually sat beneath one of the lantern-lit trees away from most of the crowd. And slowly, I told her everything. From the meetings, packhouse, Annabelle, and Raphael. Especially Raphael. Nora listened carefully the entire time. Sometimes shocked. Sometimes amused. And Sometimes quietly concerned.

Five Years After Divorce, My Ex-Husband Wants Me Again

Five Years After Divorce, My Ex-Husband Wants Me Again

I read the first line and set it back down, I left the food untouched, I crossed to the bar instead. I poured myself a glass of whiskey, it burned less than it usually did. I carried the glass toward the window, outside, the sky beyond the grounds had started to turn gold. The fountain near the gardens reflected the last of the sunlight. I rested one hand against the glass. I knew Nora had spent five years in London. I knew she had returned with Beaumont under her control. I knew she had taken Andrade before I realized she was even bidding. I knew Alexander Ashton had met her when she was carrying twins.

How it all began: Billionaire's forced wife

How it all began: Billionaire's forced wife

We had just finished placing our orders when a certain redhead appeared on our right and sat in the open seat. So much for my appetite… Then again, she was quiet for weeks. I couldn’t even remember the last time I got a message from her. “Well, well, well.” Nora chimed, and I looked at her carefully. She was the most beautiful woman I had ever seen. Her protruding belly made her more stunning. “For the wife of a billionaire, you sure do choose cheap dumps. It’s hard to get rid of old habits. Shame.” She smiled sadistically, her voice laced with poison.

A Wife's Cry

A Wife's Cry

“Oh, you are awake.” “You are back.” Her weak voice barely reaches Nora's ears. She walks to her mother and sits on a small stool beside her bed. She takes her hand and with a smile, she continues to caress it gently as she begins with, “Mother, do you know the mansion is very huge? Even the bathroom there is bigger than this cottage.” Her mother can see the sparkles that are dancing in her eyes. Lola knows that Nora is obsessed with luxury, she keeps on hearing the tales of the mansion from her father as a bedtime story - this not only develops her interest in the mansion but also very curious.

The Werewolf Summoning

The Werewolf Summoning

Forty-five: Nora Connolly Nora didn’t listen well. When you spent your time fending for yourself, listening to what others wanted was usually the last thing on your mind. Roman dressed hurriedly and was running down the stairs. Nora, who was becoming more comfortable with her magic, snapped her fingers and was dressed within seconds. She ran down the stairs with him. “Nora!” someone was screaming her name. It took her a second to register that it was Winter. And that was only because she saw her being levitated up in the air against her will.

FAKE HUSBAND, REAL TWIN

FAKE HUSBAND, REAL TWIN

Nora had her pants rolled up to her knees, squealing with laughter as she chased the tiny waves, and Sarah was right behind her—her eyes crinkled from smiling, her bare feet wet, her laughter unguarded. I hadn’t heard her laugh like that in weeks. Maybe months. The quiet lakeside cabin afforded us shield from the outside world. No press. No board meetings. No shadows from the past. Just trees, water, and the two people I loved most in the world. “Daddy, look!” Nora called, holding up a rock shaped like a heart. “I found a magic stone!” I walked over and knelt beside her, feigning awe. “A heart-shaped magic stone? That’s powerful stuff. What kind of magic does it do?”

BOUGHT BY THE RUTHLESS WILD BILLIONAIRE

BOUGHT BY THE RUTHLESS WILD BILLIONAIRE

Vivienne Cabot was extraordinary in a polished, finished way, and standing next to Dominic she looked like the correct answer to a question about what his life was supposed to contain. Nora looked at the photographs longer than was useful. Then she closed the browser entirely, put on her running shoes, and went out into the October dark. Three miles. The playlist she used when she needed to outrun a thought heavy beat, no lyrics she could follow, the sonic equivalent of a white noise machine. She came back sweating and steadier and she showered and ate and sat on her fire escape with a blanket and called her mother. "How's work?" her mother asked.

Offered to the Cursed Alpha

Offered to the Cursed Alpha

I decided to get started on a new book, so I browsed the sections, letting my finger trail through the spine of the books. There were so many conflicting thoughts warring in my head, and the only way to silence them, and shove Ryker and his bipolar self to the far corner of my mind was by plunging myself into a romance novel. I hoped. My fingers skimmed through the books in one section, and I paused when I saw a familiar name. Nora Roberts. I used to pride myself for having read all of her books, but I guess that was a bluff because as I stared at the old book on the shelf, the name didn’t ring a bell.

The Ruthless Mafia's Accidental Captive

The Ruthless Mafia's Accidental Captive

“No one is dying, while you enjoy the view, I will go get your picnic basket. I asked the chef to prepare one. Do you like reading? The weather is nice for reading and I can get you any book you want from the library. I like romance so that’s what I always read. What do you read?” Maria asked. “I prepare science, both fiction and real,” Nora answered. She was still too mesmerized by what she was looking at to pay complete attention to Maria but she heard what she had said to her. “Oh, should I get you one?” Maria asked. It took a moment for Nora to answer. “Not today, Maria, maybe some other time, I just want to admire the beauty before me today without any distractions.” Nora told her. “Oka

Divorced and mated to the Lycan Twins

"They really treat you that badly?" "Worse," Nora muttered, looking down at her hands. But she quickly shook her head, forcing the sad look away. "Anyway, I am not going to ruin a good day by complaining about the Alphas. Besides languages, what else do you do for fun?" "I read," Clara answered, gesturing toward the massive shelves lining the walls. "A lot. Mostly dark romance and mafia thrillers. Anything with a ton of drama and people making terrible decisions." "Shut up," Nora laughed loudly, clapping her hands together. "Are you serious? That is literally my favorite genre! I write short stories sometimes, and they are always packed with completely unhinged mafia bosses and crazy plot tw
