Yan spoke and looked at the newborn fairy whose body instantly froze. The newborn fairy now has another person to fear: Yan. Although Yan isn’t a sly fox like Skye and Reyan, Yan is another type. That person who could freeze you in just a gaze… this is what the newborn fairy is feeling right now. These humans are not only troublesome. They are also scary! There are varieties of fairies living here; mushroom fairies, tree fairies, flower fairies, water fairies, and fairies that look primarily like insects. These fairies are much smaller than Feno. There are varieties in sizes as well.

Females were distinguishably taller than males. I caught sight of their leader, as I perceived. Taller than everybody, larger in built and fiercer in appearance, a couple Tikbalang seemed to stand out with nothing much of a try. Next to them was another fairy, with almost exactly the same appearance as Banyan’s mate, aside from the color of her wings, a pair of sparkling golden flaps. Sorry for not introducing myself earlier on. You can call me “The Diwata”. It’s our local term for a Fairy Enchantress. Try to imagine me as a full-grown woman, but I’m actually a Fairy. So no, I do not look anything like Disney’s Tinkerbell. I will be your storyteller in all the stories in the book.
