I slowly reached for the box, carefully pulled the ribbon open and opened up the box. Inside it laid a brand new sword but it was broken at the tip. My gaze snapped up immediately. A sword broken at the tip signifies betrayal and deceit. There’s only one person I know who this was connected to, who sent me this and what was their reason, what the hell is Alpha Kade up to. My heart pounded in my chest as I became even more restless.

I lifted my head and met her eyes. "Yes. Take it down. As long as you destroy Stella and her company completely, every share I own is yours."

I, on the other hand, was tempted to slap my forehead at the obvious slip-up. "I know what he wants. He wants me to bring back the chip.
