Acosta's eyes widened. "You know damn well what I can do, so you shouldn't have triggered me!" Kimmy stood suddenly. "If I fail to deliver my quota at the site today, you know your dad's gonna chew me out!" Acosta spat. "And how is that my problem?" Kimmy chuckled. "I've always been the perfect Chief Financial Officer, so this is your shit to fix!" Acosta angrily gave her shoulders a push, and Kimmy fell back on her chair, getting overpowered.

It just so happens that we're in the same course during college, which somehow I know her work. As I entered the building, I went straight to the receptionist area, and the staff were stiff. He stared at me with a smirk and his eyes feels like he's judging you. I approached him to ask for a limited pass and greeted him, “Hi, I am Heather Russell, temporary substitute of miss Sophia Maxwell of the planning department.” He then typed my name on a laptop then he glanced at me scrutinizing, and he gave me the pass/ID. He's quite rude for a receptionist.

These people weren’t hard to read, you could see what they felt with a change in their eye’s position. “It’s not a problem ma’am. Anyone in the right mind would’ve done so.” I smiled at them and they smiled back. If they could smile any more than they already were. Out of no where my phone started ringing. *Call from Angel of Death* “Excuse me. I need to take this.” “WHERE ARE YOU?” “Sir, I believe you have no business at this time and also, what I do with the time in which I’m not working is none of your concern.”

All they wanted was a feast for their eyes, not caring how it affected others. I opened the door to my office. Kim was putting some books in order. She looked amazing in a blue blouse and a black pencil skirt hugging her slight curves. Her black heels were amazing but were no match for mine, or so I thought. “Good morning, Maya.” She said, smiling. I knew she was faking it but I had no option but to play along. For now. I forced a smile. “Morning Kim. How are you today?” “Better than ever,” Kim said. “This company is perfect. I'm so happy I work here and want my stay to last forever.”

I pleaded, desperately peeling his hand off mine and swiftly walking away. As I hurriedly made my way towards the office I had been directed to, I couldn't shake off the nagging thought that if that guy was indeed a worker there, how could he afford such an extravagantly expensive car? Pushing the question aside, I made my way to the receptionist. "Hi I'm Nora Roberts, I was told to resume today" I said to the beautiful blonde lady who looked nice. She returned my smile and searched through some files as she spoke "Oh you're the new Personal Assistant to Mr Nathaniel Lockhart"

"Hahaha....you are the best actor, Yusa....to be able to trick the manager of this cafe.....you are just a former office boy but now you are called Mr. Wei!? What are you dreaming of?? ha!! wake up you fool!! don't keep fooling others!!" Robi, who was about to hit Yusa, was immediately caught by Kim's secretary. Since then, Kim's secretary has only been watching from upstairs and observing Robi's actions. But the longer Secretary Kim let it go, his patience became thinner because he didn't like other people looking down on his young master. "Mr Kim" Robi stammered and his legs suddenly trembled when he saw the man with glasses with a sharp jaw in front of him. The man is Kim, a loyal subordi

“Someone fix this. Now.” That was when the voice came. Too calm for someone addressing him. “I... I can fix it.” Ethan turned. A man stood at the back, in an ill-fitting suit, holding a laptop. His new assistant; The one HR had pushed on him yesterday. Daniel Reyes. “You?” Ethan’s tone dripped with disbelief. Daniel stepped forward anyway, plugging in his laptop with steady hands. “Yes. Just give me a minute.” “You don’t get a minute.” Ethan’s jaw clenched. “You get thirty seconds.”

No extensions. A board member spoke up. An older man with a watch that cost more than Elma’s car. Why should we trust a temp’s judgment? Elma met his eyes. She didn’t blink. I’m no longer a temp, sir. I’m Executive Assistant to the Chairman. And the numbers don’t lie. The contract doesn’t lie. The signature doesn’t lie. Silence. The kind that felt like the room was holding its breath. Chairman Williams nodded. Good work, Miss Okonkwo. Motion to accept recommendation.

So, she accepted the young man’s request. … Three days later, Noah’s servant gave him a call. “Ms. Gwynn has been taking the bus home from college for the past few days, Mr. Noah.” That wasn’t what she was trying to convey to her master. There was more. “She seemed very happy whenever she got home.” He responded lightly, “I see.” Putting down his phone, he leaned over and made a call with the landline. “I need you, Kim.” A moment later, his beautiful assistant, Kim, came into his office. “Is there anything I can help you with, Mr. Noah?”

The only thing he can do is make a shaking head. Deciding to go back to his master, he left the company of Oliver. But then, he never thought that he will see someone whom he avoided for ages. "Good day everyone, I am Kim. The only secretary of Sir Oliver. Nice to meet you all!" Herald, Noah, and the two children are standing in front of Kim. they listen to what she says. 'Why does it feel like I am some tour guide?'
