Before I knew it, three hours had flown by, the story pulling me in completely. I only stopped reading when my eyes grew heavy again.

Shashank was lost in his memories when his assistant's voice came, "Boss, it's time for our flight. We have to leave for Uttarakhand in some time." Hearing his assistant's words, Shashank nodded yes and left from there. But while coming out of the hotel, Shashank's eyes fell on a novel lying at the book shop in front. That novel was attracting his attention again and again. Due to which he could not resist and he went and bought that novel. Never before had he been interested in a novel. But that novel was attracting his attention again and again. But as soon as he saw the cover page of that novel, he was surprised. This was the same novel about which Tanya had told him.

She put them in the suitcase one by one, her movements mechanical and numb. Just then, her phone vibrated. She picked up her phone and saw a text notification. It was from the airline. "Your flight information: February 12th, JFK Airport New York to MIA Airport Miami, Flight AA1234, departure 10:30 AM. Passengers: Ella Blackwood, Leo Blackwood. Have a pleasant journey."

The cabin door hissed shut, sealing out the noise of the world and the weight of their names. "Welcome aboard, Mr. Mordrake, Ms. Rossi," the flight attendant said softly. "Flight time to the islands will be approximately three and a half hours. We are cleared for immediate takeoff." Czar led Seraphina to the oversized captain’s chairs. As they buckled in, the plane began to move. The taxi was short, and the takeoff was a raw, exhilarating surge of power. Seraphina felt her stomach drop as the nose lifted, the ground falling away until the sprawling city became nothing more than a toy set, a miniature grid of streets where people fought for things that no longer mattered to them.

She thought with a chuckle. Juliet picked up a novel to while away the last two hours of the flight, but after trying for at least ten minutes to lose herself in a good book she gave up, and decided to sit and check out the opulence of her surroundings. Who would have thought it, that one day Juliet Greenfield would be flying first class?

~Summer~ Despite not being prone to jealousy, it was rather awkward for me to share a flight with a woman who still harboured feelings for Sebastien. As Sebastien and I made our way downstairs to head to the airport, I encountered Ashely Stepanov in the living room, patiently waiting. I anticipated that the upcoming flight would be uncomfortable. We opted for a van to reach the airport, and all of us had to share the confined space. Joining us was another girl named Caroline, who couldn't seem to take her eyes off Noah. She made persistent attempts to engage in conversation with him, completely disregarding Winter.
