But when Ferox started to speak inside my mind, I could not see how he looks, all I could picture was a red flame floating inside my head. "Then let's start with that boy. I am Ferox, cruelty incarnate. My domain is filled with carcasses and a river of blood. Crimson is what I see when I hunt. A body filled with barbaric power, able to slay giants with one swipe. My arms, an ever-changing weapon, are hungry for the blood of my victim. Can you see it boy, sitting on a throne of bones, waiting for the time for his next hunt?"

I don’t know but it feels like we do have this awkward presence for each other and we both don’t know how to make it not an awkward one. “Why did you argue with Primo?” My head was occupied at that moment they fought over me. I still don’t know why and I want to know why they did it. “He’s just an annoying and arrogant peasant who pissed me.” Doom buries his face in the pillow. I replied, “Correction, he doesn’t look like a peasant for me. He’s a company holder and a future CEO.” “But he looks one. Tss,” Doom glared at me. I chuckled to tease him. “Okay, fine! But why were you arguing? And why did you murmur my name earlier?”

I swat his hand away which only irks him further. "Can you ever be loyal to anyone?" At my words, his pupils dilated and his nose flared in anger as he glared down at me. It would be a straight-out lie if I said I was scared of his sudden change in daemon but I tried to conceal my fear and stand my ground as a flame of confidence strikes me.
