My Unexpected Mate

My Unexpected Mate

I couldn’t help but shiver as Cal’s eyes scanned our surroundings, his expression unreadable. With a sudden flash of determination and intensity in his eyes, Cal turned towards me. His words echoed with power and purpose as he declared, “Let our training begin.” As if on cue, branches began to lift from the forest floor, hurtling towards me with increasing speed and force. I could feel my heart racing as I twisted and dodged, narrowly avoiding the wooden projectiles that sliced through the air and grazed my skin. The scent of damp earth and pine filled my nostrils, mixing with the adrenaline coursing through my veins. Each dodge and leap required quick reflexes and calculated movements, push

Mated to the Devil, becoming the fae Luna

Mated to the Devil, becoming the fae Luna

I couldn’t see it yet but I could tell that we were almost to the camp, I could tell by the scents of a campfire and my family. A few minutes later we come up to a clearing and my eyes widen when I peak over his shoulder. What Scar said was a small campground, looked more like a small village. At least 30 tents of various sizes and shapes littered the clearing, a giant firepit roaring in the center. Guards patrolled the borders, some in wolf form and others still in their human ones. Eyes widening in surprise when they saw me, bowing their heads to us as we passed. It was still early enough that most pack members were in their tents, but just in case, Scar shadow steps into our tent to avoid

Shadows of the Vow

Shadows of the Vow

Camps are scattered around the outskirts of each Zone for protection's sake. And then came the new ones. They'd been in the Park’s warehouses, grouped, training intensively with the trainer-soldiers and the German trainers, for more than one month now. Everything they needed was well provided. I knew none of them intimately. Yet. Except one. Zino. I remembered Zino, and Tolu. And Sora too.

Alpha Ridge

Alpha Ridge

“I’ve waited so damn long for this,* Forrest said. *Oh? Don’t put any pressure on a little she-wolf or anything, it’s not like you had to wait nearly ten years and then fight for me or anything,* Reba said, purring. *Terrible flirt, you better live up to it. Maybe it’s your turn to put in a little work,* Forrest said, taking off running and heading west. We’d never had a she-wolf chase us, but it was hot as hell and it seemed like Tyra would love it. Hell, she’d wanted to spar with me and show off. I knew one thing was for certain, I needed to get cleaned up, I felt nasty. I ran toward a natural hot spring that was just on the far edge of our property, and actually had been a part of Blood C

The only complaint I have is Saree, the author, always leaves me begging for more. :) Strong storyline that continues into the lives of the heroine and the extended family of the Shadows. Great read, I would recommend this and the other works of the author any day of the week!
Sara Marquez
Story kept me interested and wanting to read more! The blood oath, made with children? The spell bond, what next? Read to find out what happens? Is there a second book? The end cliffhanger…Ryan and Nate find their mate?

THE FORTRESS

THE FORTRESS

The truth was he was beginning to realize how dangerous the camping was. They were going to be out in the forest that houses so many dangerous mythical creatures. The thought of that triggered fear but he felt relieved by reminding himself that the campers were guardians of the Fortress and they've been trained for situations worst than this. They could fight off any creature that came their way since they even seemed to have knowledge about the mythical creatures residing in the forest. Sneaking out of the building seemed very easy until Jared became aware of hidden cameras planted at every corner in the institution. He had not thought about why such a huge building with so many compartment

Raven - The runaway wolf

Raven - The runaway wolf

John joined in and simultaneously everyone started to speak up, raising their hands in agreement to fight alongside us, and in that moment I could feel the tears well up in my eyes by their willingness and loyalty to help save Whitlock and our forest. “Well, I have to say that you are all so courageous and amazing”. I said, looking at them all. “And I am so grateful to be a part of this camp”. I smiled warmly. “But seeing as we still don’t know how many we’re up against, I think it’s vital that we all put in some extra training. Every day, we need to pair up and train as hard as we can, we want to be prepared, but most of all, we want to be a strong force that knocks them all back!”. I spoke

THE WEREWOLF AND VAMPIRE'S MATE

THE WEREWOLF AND VAMPIRE'S MATE

I don't know much about this area or forest but it's far away from residential buildings and seems like the best option at the moment. Fitting, I guess. That Aurora would rise here. I slam the brakes. Arc throws open the door and climbs out, carrying her in his arms like she weighs nothing. I grab the flashlight from the glove compartment and follow. We don't speak. We run. Branches scratch at our clothes. The forest is thick and moonless, but Arc navigates like he knows exactly where to go. We reach a clearing and the earth soft, surrounded by pines. He lays her gently on the grass. Her body twists again, knees pulled to her chest, hands clawing at the dirt.

Marked by the enemy alpha

Marked by the enemy alpha

“We need to understand what we’re up against before they make the first move.” He pulled her into a tight embrace. “Be careful, Aria. If anything happened to you—” She pressed a kiss to his chest. “I’ll come back. I promise.” --- The forest surrounding the old ruins was dense and twisted, nature reclaiming what once stood proud and strong. Aria crouched beneath a moss-covered rock, her senses sharp. Rowan signaled from a tree above—movement ahead. Mira crept beside her, whispering, “There’s a camp. At least a dozen rogues. Armed.”

Alpha's Regret: The Forsaken Luna

Alpha's Regret: The Forsaken Luna

"But right now, I need to be the Phantom. Just until we get through this." He nodded, understanding. We walked in silence for hours. Through the Forbidden Forest, past landmarks I hadn't seen in five years. The stream where I used to fetch water. The ridge where Marcus and I had first trained together. The border markers that separated safety from— Everything else. As evening fell, we made camp. I helped set up tents with mechanical efficiency, not letting myself think. Not letting myself feel. But then Soren appeared at my elbow. "Mama? Can I ask you something?"

His Untouchable Omega

His Untouchable Omega

The training camp was humming with a new kind of energy. For the first time, the outcasts weren't just shadows in the trees; they were becoming a unit. Rowan moved among them with a sharp, disciplined focus, showing Isaac and the others how to use the terrain as a weapon. He taught them how to set traps that could disable a drone and how to move in a way that confused thermal sensors.
