I SNAPPED. My eyes falling out, like a thunderstorm had hit me in the very centre of my chest. As if she broke through me like a mountain, lighting the dynamite. Her sweet voice felt like knives piercing through my skin, leaving me in shambles; because that’s exactly what she wanted to do with me.

The boy was so happy that he didn't notice Mia's presence until Sara herself greeted him with a slap. The noise somehow woke Mia up from her trance and she could see that the girl was shamelessly hanging onto her ex-boyfriend's arm. Esteban's eyes followed Sara's finger pointing towards Mia and he saw the only girl he had ever loved, the one he had to stay away from to keep her safe. Mia's silent tears were flowing down her face, reflecting her pain. Esteban wanted to approach her, but as soon as the girl saw him, she took off running as fast as her legs would allow her.

As I stretched, I looked towards my bedroom window and saw a very large red bird. But not just a normal red but like glowing shiny fiery reds and he was sitting on my windowsill. Hearing him say that, Evelyn thought about it and asked, "How long is 'forever'?" Perhaps Irzey took her question as a sign of the girl's uncharacteristically obvious uneasiness when it came to her feelings, and Irzey briefly pondered this for some time before gazing at her intently. Evelyn had always thought that his eyes were the best part of his entire body, and that was especially true when he was looking at her intently and wholeheartedly. Irzey replied, "Probably as long as my life." Evelyn let out an "oh" and said with a lack of interest, "That wasn't very long."
