Fox And Wolf Story Novels & Stories

So much for telepathy. They all looked at us with disgust. Even my father stopped his shaking in distaste. “Do you realize who she is? What she has done? What she will do to you?” Minos fumed. The shrivelling fox had a point. I did have a notorious reputation. Nora Vita took a step off the porch drawing everyone’s attention to her. “Wolves do not choose their mates. They are bonded for life. You can not take one away from the other.”

She told him but just that night, as if warning her that things wouldn't be alright the raven came back and sat on the tree outside her window. Angelica watched it for a long while but it didn't fly away. Getting out of her bed she went to the window. She looked outside and watched the darkness that fell over her town. Then she looked up and far away. She saw the cursed castle standing proudly on the hill. People called it the wolf's den because they said anyone who went to the castle never came back. They were eaten by the big hungry wolf living there.

I paused to access her; I wanted to be sure she was ready to hear what came after all this; it wasn't a sweet love story, hence I had forbidden everyone around me from even mentioning it. "Go on already," she anxiously yelled. "I was coming back from the White Fox Pack, where I had gone to sign a peace treaty with their new Alpha; we had been at war with the White Fox since time immemorial." "Axios!" "What? Could you leave out the part about the white fox pack and get to the real story that I am eager to hear?" "My bad!" I said, raising both hands in defeat. "On our way back home, we found a few rogues transporting some wolves they had captured to god knows where; they covered the scents of

I strained my eyes from in between some branches, trying to make out the figures. There was a man there and at first glance, it looked like he was merely in a sensual embrace with the woman. Another cry came from her form and I narrowed my eyes, examining them further. His lips were about her neck and her head lolled back as if she was having trouble holding herself up. The smell of blood was strong in the air as was the smell of wolf. That man was a vampire! I realized with a silent gasp that the girl was a wolf! The sound I made was so tiny, I couldn’t imagine he might have heard it. But one moment he was feeding on that poor wolf and the next he was gone, leaving her sagging to the floor

Cole growled back. Peter smiled “You just found me out huh? Yep, I’m a wolf too.” He says to us. “How?” Cole asks. “Well, you see my mother was a wolf she was the daughter of an Alpha of the Red River Pack. My father was a Warlock. When my father was 21 and my mother was 18, they had a love affair resulting in my mother getting pregnant. Her family never approved of my father. They didn’t like the fact that he was a Warlock. We were a happy little family until one day by chance my mother found her true mate. She left my father and I to be with him. My father turned cold and started doing dark magic. He wanted to punish my mother, her mate and her family. He killed all of them.” He ends his s

My lips pressed into a thin line and I nodded my head. My mate lovingly pulled me against him and he breathed my scent in deeply," maybe next week we can try taking some tests, yeah? I know our chances are very slim right now but I think you're late for well... uh.. you know." He coughed awkwardly. I looked at him confused," late for...?" I felt puzzled as he looked at me not wanting to say anything. Finally it dawned on me and I sped over to the library's desk, finding the calendar and breaking down into a sob. Wolf pregnancy was almost instantaneous when it involved sex between mates, and we'd only just gotten back in the groove of things. The last time we'd been any sort of hopeful things

, remembering all the numerous times I had dragged my brother Apollo here, so he could read me the story of the first wolf. I carefully set down the old book on the wooden floor and laid down on my stomach just like I used to with my brother. I had begged our Alpha to let me take it home but it was an important book and rules can never be broken. I opened the all so familiar book and gazed down at all the intricate drawings and illustrations in it. It told the story of the moon goddess and how she created the first wolf, her first child. How she gave him a mate and blessed him with pups.

"What's that?" "What's what? Oh, the wolf?"

"Joyce, have you really thought this through? You have a natural advantage in combat. You're the most talented she-wolf I've ever seen, but once you go to the Land of Winter, you won't be able to contact any werewolves for the next twenty years, including your family. "This mission is really dangerous. You might even die there. Didn't your mother pass away in the mission too?" The Elder of the pack, Dylan Admiral, was patiently trying to dissuade me. After all, he watched me grow up.

Her hands fidgeted in her lap, but she nodded, urging me to continue. “There’s a legend among wolves,” I began, my voice steady despite the turmoil inside me. “A story passed down for generations about two wolves destined to bring balance during a time of great darkness. One black, one white, both with blue eyes. They’re called the Eclipse Wolves.” She tilted her head slightly, her expression puzzled. “Okay… What does that have to do with us?” I took a deep breath. “Sofia, you and I—we’re those wolves. The ones from the legend.”
