You Revive Me

You Revive Me

She decides to read one of them aloud as there’s plenty of time and nothing else to do. Mariah starts reading “Dance of thieves” to Mr. Denis and she enjoys it herself as well. It’s a book about war for power among kingdoms and about fierce women. Mariah likes the book and doesn’t even realize that she’s been reading it for hours, when suddenly she feels an itchy feeling in her throat. So she puts down the book, drinks some water, injects some medicines and them checks up on the vitals. Mariah sits down and stares at the lifeless figure in front of her.

Freedom From Lies

Freedom From Lies

Every night, we had to squeeze together on the small bed in the storeroom before we could fall asleep. We both laughed at each other about it. Just so Lawson could sleep better, I filled the bedroom with plants and changed the curtains to something darker. I made the room feel smaller so he could sleep more peacefully every night. But now, everything in this home had lost its meaning. I went back to my room and packed my things, as I had already decided to leave first thing in the morning. The Southern Pack sent another message saying they had already sent werewolves to meet me at the border.

The Abandoned Luna's Return

The Abandoned Luna's Return

"Empathy causes friction. Friction causes heat. Heat causes the degradation of the Archive. By choosing to 'Feel,' you are burning the library to stay warm for a single night." Silas stepped up beside me, his hand finding mine. His touch was the only thing that felt real in this theater of gods. "The Archive was empty," Silas challenged, his eyes reflecting the blue nebula of the second Arbiter. "You were preserving ghosts. Elara didn't burn the library. She gave the books back to the people who can actually read them." The Lion-Arbiter let out a roar that shook the rings. "The Shadow-King speaks of reading when he is but a bookmark! Silence, container! Your function is over."

Was He Always Like This……?

⸻ 🌙 The Real Thief The black door suddenly cracked. ⸻ Darkness poured out. ⸻ A cold voice echoed through the Restricted Archives. ⸻ A familiar voice. ⸻ A voice Ilyaan somehow recognized. ⸻ “Looks like you finally found my chapter.” ⸻ The library froze. ⸻ Every book became silent. ⸻ Every shelf stopped moving. ⸻ Every story waited. ⸻ The black door slowly opened. ⸻ And a woman stepped out. 🖤

Alpha Clinton

But before that, I needed to start formulating a plan on how to begin. I spent the rest of the day reading in my room. I had picked up a book written by one of my favorite authors in the thriller genre, Freida McFadden, titled "The Inmate." I had read enough of her books to know that this one would be another hit. I was halfway through the book when I heard a door open. Not even a minute later, mine opened, and I saw Kiara at the door. She looked panicked, and I immediately dropped the book on the bed, got up, and walked up to her.

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

The Forgotten Heiress: Rise of The Lycan Queen

She signed it simply: Elara of the Ash Tree. Not queen. Not goddess. Just a woman who had chosen to remain. When she set her quill down, the book shimmered, not with power, but with peace. She placed it on a pedestal of woven root and crystal at the heart of the old room. It would never leave that place. But its stories would echo outwards in every new song, every market square, every child who learned the word “hope.” That evening, she invited a group of children, hybrid and mortal, witch and wolf, to the library. She knelt before them, hands open, and gave each a stone etched with an ancient rune of freedom.

The Billionaire’s Gilded Cage

The Billionaire’s Gilded Cage

A book sealed by blood, only to be opened by the heir who had both fire and forgiveness. “You must go alone,” the priest said. “Only one may enter the Vault.” Jian stepped forward. “She’s not going without me.” Chaewon touched his hand. “This is mine.” He held her gaze and nodded once. The door hissed open. Inside, the vault pulsed like a heartbeat. And there it was, on a pedestal of scorched stone…a book bound in dark leather, etched with fire-glyphs that moved like liquid under her gaze. As she stepped forward, her hand brushed the surface—and the book opened on its own.

The Tyrant Master and I

The Tyrant Master and I

She had never expected the library to be this huge! Who built this? It was fabulous! Grabbing the first book that had it's name printed boldly on it. She read out loud. "Oath Bounded To A Mobster by Evelyn Mba." Turning around, she looked down at the other person that was curled up behind the door of the room reading as if his life depended on it. She had never seen a guy read like that? And it seemed interesting. Flipping the pages open, she began to read. "Damn! He did her bad there. She isn't the one at fault. If you want Tim go get him, rather than use her as a collateral!' She yelled, rolling her eyes.

The Beta & the jewel thief - book 6

The Beta & the jewel thief - book 6

“It’s a thief we need.” Tawny’s sweet voice comes over the monitor and moves closer to the screen, her yellow eyes pinned on Lyric. “Once upon a long time ago, many, many moons before now, The doorways to the realm of the gods were sealed by four powerful gods and goddesses. They created four stones, one per each god’s magic. These stones not only sealed the doorway, but they also became the key to reopening it. We recently discovered a book with an explanation, a doorway, and some other papers.” She casts Crimson a sideways glance and he shrinks in his seat. “And that’s what I stole? One of these four stones?” Lyric asks.

I really enjoyed this series. Many books on this platform have similar stories, which gets boring really fast. This book series kept me entertained the whole time. It had the perfect balance of romance and action. I enjoyed getting to know each character in more detail as each book was added.
