Nora woke up the next morning with a start. She missed the warmth that she had known to be surrounding her but to her surprise he was gone. She pulled to her side and she noticed a note as well as something that appeared to be a headband. It was made from gold thread and she wondered if it was real. It has the luna written in letter on it and had small Flowers sewn into it. She pulled the Note from it and she couldn't help but slide as she flipped her gaze over it and began to read through it.

"I'm off to rest my head." "Me too," Kingsley mutters. We retreat to our rooms. The second I step into mine, I collapse onto the bed. Her hairband is still lying here from the days after Ashbury Lane. That soft black one she always loops twice around her wrist when she’s not wearing it. I pick it up. Hold it. Thumb over it like it’s some kind of sacred object. It’s ridiculous, really. How something this simple can hit like a knife to the chest.

Ken Pov My eyes widened. “Alpha!” Their voices echoed loudly as they rushed to hold me. For a moment, I couldn’t come back to my senses. It's an intricate web of gold and black lace, that highlights my golden hair, and the dark paint she used in lining my eyes. I look positively breathtaking. Before she can leave, I grab her hand to stop her. "Please don't leave. Why did you suddenly stop? What prophecy?"
