I started it back in 2018 and just going back to the story reminded me how far I have come as a writer. This book nowhere close to perfect. But I never expected that the moment I stepped out onto the balcony, Archie would lock the door behind me. Hearing the sound, I rushed back to the glass door and tried to get back inside. The northern winter was bitterly cold. Snowflakes fluttered through the air. There was no heating on the balcony, and since I was inside just moments ago, I was only wearing a thin set of loungewear. The cold wind swept through my clothes, and my limbs quickly stiffened. The icy pain gnawed at my bones, sending sharp, biting chills deep into my skin. I pounded on the glass door, screaming and begging for help.

The Frost Beta formed an terrifying wall of protection, crossing his tree-trunk arms over his broad chest as he stared the Claw Mountain female down. Julia immediately recoiled, taking a hasty half-step back from the terrifying proximity of the Beta. But her shock quickly morphed into indignation, her face flushing an angry, bright red as her carefully laid plan was derailed. "Excuse me!" Julia shrieked, stomping her boot into the dirt and throwing a full-blown tantrum. "Are you kidding me?" She touched Reagans shoulder. "The whole Frost family is so unbelievably rude! Can't you see she was helping me? Move out of the way!"

“Frost, I once watched you turn an entire living room into a winter wonderland because you were anxious about a date. A frozen bathroom is nothing.” He laughed and his eyes practically glowed. I wish I could take away every bit of sadness and pain from him, I wanted only to see a smile on his face. I hope I can actually do that one day. I thought the worst was behind us but the next few days blurred together in a chaos of increasingly bizarre incidents. "It's not that I think you are weak but because it's really dangerous out there." "Oh." Frost only replied. She then walked in front of Antonio. She raised her right hand, and her hands started glowing. After a second, there was an ice dagger floating on top of her hand. Frost didn't stop there, she casually stepped backward and made a big wolf out of ice. Only slightly smaller than the snow wolf beast. The snow wolf beast which was almost taller than Frost.

she mused, trying to refrain herself from sneezing. She seriously thought that the cake was save in kitchen or some other place that’s not in this f*cking cold fridge! Jack sensing the Omega shiver just stares in silence. He couldn’t help but worry seeing her shivering like this…’Is it too cold for her?’ He mused, seeing that the fridge just being automatically turned to 24°C as they step in l, it’s just for safety in case they lock in. Sretttt!! Pluk! The Omega looks at the Alpha with a questionable face as she sees him give his jacket, which reveals him only wearing a tank top inside the fridge.

"Come on, then, bastard. If you've got the guts, show up. Let's see who dies first." Truth be told, the Frostfall had loosened Cyrus. With no public decorum or social niceties to worry about, he didn't have to give face to anyone. It felt liberating. Meanwhile, Jack seethed to the point of explosion. Back inside his apartment, with what little warmth the AC could still provide, sensation crept back into his body. Pain roared in his leg as he gritted his teeth. If he moved now, it would have to be on crutches.

Tiny crystals of frost formed along the window frame. In his dream, Finn stood on a massive frozen lake. The sky above him glowed with swirling blue light. The ice beneath his feet stretched endlessly in every direction. A distant voice echoed softly across the frozen surface. “Awaken…” Finn blinked in confusion. “Hello?” The ice beneath him glowed brighter. “Awaken… heir of frost…” Outside the Cabin Jake stepped onto the porch. The frozen lake glowed faintly now, its surface alive with shifting patterns of pale blue light.
