Gale let out a soft sigh as Cole’s thumb stroked the underside of her breast through the sweater. Dean leaned in from the other side, kissing her neck while his hand cupped her other breast. The dual attention made her head spin pleasantly. “Does that feel good, baby?” Dean asked against her skin. “Yes,” Gale breathed. “It does.” Cole grew bolder, cupping her full breast properly now, squeezing gently, feeling its weight. His thumb brushed across her hard nipple, circling it slowly. Gale moaned softly, arching into the touch. Cole leaned closer and kissed her neck on the opposite side from Dean, his beard lightly scratching in a delicious way.

Gale grumbles to himself. While making sure the blanket completely covered Verss' body, he lifted his body trying to turn off the reading light beside the bed and leaving only one right beside Verss' head. However, he ducked too close to Versa's face, so when he was about to straighten up Gale stopped right above him. Verss's face turned and almost kissed him on the lips, a little more.

Memories flooded back: Gina's unexplained absences, her whispers in the shadows, the way she'd always been close to Nathaniel, fawning over him like a shadow. Gale roared, his form blurring as he shifted mid-leap, tackling Gina before she could strike again. His claws raked across her side, tearing through her cloak and drawing black ichor that reeked of corruption. Gina screamed, twisting unnaturally, her body contorting as dark tendrils erupted from her wounds, lashing out like whips. One caught Gale's leg, yanking him off balance, but he held firm, his golden aura clashing with her darkness.

Gael nods, complying with haste. - From what Halo could remember, Gael Slater was a curious child with something of a gift. That gift is his need to learn and to read. He was patient, not very loud, and went about unseen even with a crowd of children on the playground. He even read with delight in his eyes, as if every unfamiliar word is a marvel, he holds on to after learning them. His pronunciation wasn't always precise, but he shows a craft, by sounding out each letter, learned from tirelessly studying his alphabet. It all hit the nose, and Halo is instantly filled with pride after the boy manages to read an entire chapter.

Gale was quick to bring a gun from his waist holster. “And what if I don't? Shoot me?” Oh, Rina doesn't know who she is messing with, even moving closer as she came to stand in front of him. “I like cute boys, and you are cute, but if you try shit with me, I would return the favor.” Gale was fuming, and he looked back at me. For what exactly? Ask him to shoot my cousin?

Gale thought, "Hmph! Keep boasting, kid. Everyone wants to show off! When you fail, I'll make sure you'll regret being alive!" Gale remained convinced that someone just a few years older than him couldn't possibly achieve such a miracle. Xena was also shaken up and feeling equally skeptical. "Felix, you need to understand that this—" Before she could finish, Felix cut her off with a cold stare. "Instead of questioning me, bring some men over and guard outside! Who's the doctor here—you or me?"

What the hell happened to me in just a few days? Kissing my teeth, I pushed the gift aside. I would be damned to hand that over to Nia. I will not be a slave to any woman's emotions. I am not going to let myself get swayed by it. Furthermore, I am not my father. I am Gael, the Alpha of the prestigious Sunset Pack, and I pride myself on not letting myself get swayed by flimsy emotions. Likewise, I don't attach myself to people, especially not the other gender. They would only weaken one's resolve and make a fool of one. Ezra can take the lead; it's good and none of my business.
