It was a fucking outstanding game, and the gameplay was one of the best he’d experienced. Paper Gate lived up to all the hype and he could understand why Black Sheep had been so tight-lipped about it.

Five minutes later, I canceled my order. This game could be said to be a total piece of electronic trash. The worldbuilding was a complete mess. The gameplay was crap. Aside from the pretty top-up page, everything else was garbage. No matter how rich and bored a person was, they would still rather play a simple mini-game instead of playing trash of this degree. As I watched all of this transpire, I smiled. “My revenge is about to start. Are you ready, Zenia?”

“Sasha Burnette, Game 51.” It made me feel a bit cruel, but I was horribly intrigued by the books. I could’ve sat and read them all day, living through the eyes of previous contestants. It was morose and sad that they had been lost to the games, but I actually enjoyed learning about them and their lives. As much as I wanted to sit and read Sasha’s entire book, I was pretty sure the restricted section didn’t have a check out system. Either way, the carving on the bookcase had pinpointed a specific page for a reason.

All of these were insanely difficult for me to read, and there was no way that I could do it alone, but Nolan was a patient teacher, and he explained things clearly, which made it easier for me.
