DARREN’S POV Boredom has always been a problem for me. I’ve known that for a long time, even before anyone else pointed it out. Most people can sit still when they have nothing to do, find something quiet to pass the time, or just let their minds rest. I can’t do that. When I’m still for too long, my mind doesn’t calm down. It starts searching. It looks for something to focus on, something to move toward, the same way a wolf starts pacing when it’s been held in one place for too long.

I dragged a hand over my face, sighing. Boredom. That’s what it was. Heavy, dull boredom mixed with exhaustion, pressing down on me until I couldn’t tell if I wanted to sleep or scream. I scrolled through my phone for a while, flicking between apps without caring about any of them. A few people had sent me DMs from my livestream earlier, comments about my last post, offers I wasn’t in the mood to answer. I scrolled past all of it. Nothing stuck. Nothing mattered.

Unfortunately, I can't give her what I got, and she didn't want the love I was so eager to give when I was a little girl. The feeling of boredom that was constantly accumulating inside me was embedded in the layers of my exhaled breath; sometimes I got tired of my own words, my own sleep, my own room, my own bed, and my own habits for no apparent reason. I even got tired of my own boredom. I was not making friends with anyone, avoiding talking, and withdrawing into my shell a little more every day. Do you hear the screams? Fragmented comment. Do you hear the silence? I'm dying.

Walking back into the bedroom, I sit on the bed. Slowly, my energy rises, and I find myself sitting on the bed bored. How long is he going to be? Looking around, I get out of bed, walking around and looking through the drawers. I don’t know why but I need to move and find something to keep me occupied.

Sophia's POV Two hours of mindless N*****x binging and a bowl of bland popcorn later, I toss the remote aside with a frustrated sigh. The movie isn’t cutting it. The popcorn? Tasteless. My patience? Hanging by a thread. Nothing seems to hold my attention these days, and the boredom is gnawing at me. It’s not just boredom, it’s something deeper. Restlessness. At first, I thought changing my surroundings would help. I left my room for Dante’s, hoping being in his space would ease the monotony. It worked, but only for a moment. Now, I’m back to feeling suffocated.

~ANYA’S POV~ At some point, the fear burns out and what is left is this deep emptiness. Reciting the same thoughts in my head until they felt worn out like an old record. Even pain or danger feels more alive than this stillness. That’s boredom. It’s not just having “Nothing to do” but being trapped with yourself, with no escape from repetition, no fresh air of change. It is a kind of prison where even time feels like it’s mocking me.

“So tell me, what’s really bothering you?” I hesitated, staring at the flowers instead of meeting his gaze. “I’m just… bored, Kael. I feel like I’m not doing anything useful here. And Enzo—he only made it worse by changing my room. It feels like I’m being pushed around with no say in anything.” Kael tilted his head thoughtfully. “Boredom is dangerous. It makes people think too much.” I gave him a halfhearted smile. “So what are you suggesting?”

Bara raised her eyebrows, the woman in front of her said that she was bored because she didn't do any work. Very different from most women who come from rich families. Jason's POV I flip through books, magazines, anything I can find in the room. I even read the newspaper a couple times, it was boring. Finally, I decide to watch Tv. "I'm bored," I whine out loud. I switch the channel after a few seconds, then again, then again. There is nothing interesting. "I'm bored," I repeat again, a little louder than before. Hey! That sounded like a melody! I smirk and tap a beat on my chest, "I'm bored, I'm bored. Yeah, I'm bored."

By the time we’re done, I lean back in my chair, completely satisfied, and happy. So… unbelievably happy. I glance at him and I see that he’s already looking at me. My lips curve slowly. “I'm bored,” I blurt out. “Really?” He asks in a very surprised tone, like being bored is a crime. And I immediately get it. He might think I'm bored of him or his company. “I mean, I'm itching to do something fun,” I quickly say. “Hmmm,” he murmurs. “Something like what??”
