Keluarga Rustam adalah keluarga terpandang,Ibu Rianti adalah buruh cuci pribadi mereka yang sudah lama bekerja di keluarga Rustam. Rustam tega menghamili Rianti. Namun, disaat Rianti hamil anaknya dirinya tega berselingkuh dengan wanita yang bernama Alya. Rianti melahirkan sosok bayi laki- laki yang kembar tanpa kehadiran Rustam.
