"Good. You weren't wasting your time crying over a random body." "We should go. It's probably not the best for you to be here." "It's my grave," Greyson pointed out and shrugged his shoulders. "No," Indianna said firmly. "It is not your grave. You are alive. It's not yours." Greyson sighed and looked down at Indianna. "What's that?" He gestured to the book that Laura had given to Indianna. "Your mum gave it to me. It's about the Royal Family."

COLD STEEL, BLEEDING HEARTS

COLD STEEL, BLEEDING HEARTS

“Are you ready for the long way?” Julian smiled. “I’ve been a ghost for too long, Maya. I’m ready to be a hero.” Maya faced the huge Eye, raising the iron key. “We’re not skipping a single word!” she shouted. She stabbed the key into the giant book. Pages exploded everywhere, forming a bridge into Chapter 61. They raced onto the bridge. The Ghostwriter waved goodbye. “Good luck! I’ll keep the ink flowing!” They stepped into the light of the next chapter. But as the world took shape around them, Maya realized something was wrong.

Slave To The Alpha

Slave To The Alpha

Her black eyes flash like that of a snake. Chills crawl up my spine and my grip tightens around the book. “ Goodbye now. ” The man whispers. And before I know it, I am falling down once again, the book still held in my hand. I can’t help but feel like it was too easy, as if they knew something I don’t. They were too smoothly convinced which is not supposed to be possible according to Gysla. Trouble is on its way. I can tell.

FL is literally abused & assaulted right in front of ML while he stands & enjoys the show. But since FL is doormat & suffers from body betraying syndrome she falls for him as he is too handsome to resist you know. FL doesn't have any self-respect or dignity & every1 treats her like trash. Pathetic!

great story! i’ll admit i cried over several chapters, it got very emotional. however, i am a little disappointed with Cora’s storyline? Violet did so much for her and then she lost her memories and that was it? did her and Violet continue their friendship? i wish there had been more closure here.

Ghost Alpha's Baby

Ghost Alpha's Baby

This book was Malison's. "Gosh! How did it get there?" He slammed. "And how do I get it back?" He lamented. The mind of the girl beside him was distorted with fear, "Can I go get it?" She asked. "Can you..?" "I can try." With the guards and everyone else still in a deep sleep, the girl strode to the bookshelf to get the book, and she clutched it tightly, but the book was gone in a blink. A sharp blow to her back left her disoriented, but Laney saw no one around. He closed his painful eyes, took a deep breath, opened his eyes and took the book in his hands, using the magic words linked to him by Malison.

The adventure of Andy

The adventure of Andy

"Okay... I'll tell. My mother used to be a traveler, she spent her whole youth traveling this 1/3 of Ybirth and collecting many magical artifacts, you see. The stones attached to this book are entities separated from the elements, she created this book herself and recorded the strange things in this continent of Ybirth, all... everything, including the fact that the moon and sun shield each other forming a terrifying formation... that purple light shines down on this land and the Ghosts become significantly stronger." Andy listened attentively, eating gingerbread and following the storyline Celica told him, but when he heard the "Ghost" part, he froze as if he remembered something, something

My Wife is an E-Ghost

My Wife is an E-Ghost

There was no AI in the world that would be so bold as to outrightly judge their owners unless they were, as Laura proclaimed, an e-ghost. While it didn't quite make sense, Tynan wasn't going to quibble with that logic. They have e-books and e-shops so why wouldn't 'e-ghost' be a thing too? Surely there must be some kind of reason behind how Laura ended up as an e-ghost but for now, he would do the right thing and introduce himself in return.

Whispers of the Forgotten

Whispers of the Forgotten

“What is your role in all of this? Why are you here, guiding me through Nyxterra?” Elias hesitated before answering. “My presence in Nyxterra is tied to my past and my quest for understanding. I have my reasons for being here, and my connection to this realm is as complex as yours. But I cannot reveal everything at once. Some truths must be uncovered gradually, and some memories must be faced before they can be fully understood.” The conversation left Lyra with more questions than answers. The ghosts of her past were becoming increasingly vivid, and the connection between her and Nyxterra was growing more complicated. She knew that she was on the brink of discovering something important, but

Whispers of Fate

Whispers of Fate

Ethan's voice softens, attempting to convey empathy, which almost makes me giggle. "I'm fine, bro. I'm a woman, remember? I'm naturally strong," I reply half-heartedly, mustering a faint smile. "Mom will be up soon. I need to go microwave..." I'm interrupted by a sudden wave of nausea, cutting my words short. I rush to the bathroom sink as a small amount of food spills out of my mouth. "Are you okay, Susan ?" Ethan asks, concerned. Am I okay? I don't know. Today in Book keeping class, I can barely concentrate on Professor Turner's lecture. Even though she's my favourite professor in this course, I find myself dozing off throughout most of her teaching.

Frequently Asked Questions

Ever since I stumbled upon 'Ghost' in my local bookstore, I've been obsessed with Jason Reynolds' writing. The way he captures the voice of a young, troubled kid like Castle Cranshaw feels so authentic—it’s like he’s right there, whispering the story in your ear. Reynolds has this knack for blending raw emotion with just the right amount of humor, making 'Ghost' impossible to put down. I tore through it in one sitting and immediately hunted down the rest of the 'Track' series.

What’s wild is how Reynolds makes sprinting feel like a metaphor for life itself. The book isn’t just about running; it’s about escaping your past, chasing redemption, and finding your people. I’ve recommended it to every kid (and adult) who claims they ‘hate reading’—it’s that good. The man’s a genius at making words feel alive.
