As I turned to leave, I spotted an older couple coming out from the back room. I nodded to them and said thank you and Merry Christmas. They smiled and waved as I turned to leave.

The man had the ability to turn her into a clinging limpet. He picked up a snow-globe that Z had left on the desk, with a Hawaiian girl inside in a hula skirt and coconut bra, wearing a lei around her neck. Just like Yrah, she had long black hair. Gresso gave it a shake and watched the flowers fall over the girl as she swung her hips left and right. “Kind of looks like you, Sweetcake. Damn, now I have this image of you dancing for me in this little outfit. Without the bra.”

“That’s the last one,” Mane stated as he tossed a humanoid creature onto the ground. This creature was shaped like a human. It had arms and legs and even a face. However its arms were longer than the average human’s, and its fingers held sharp and pointy claws. The ugly beast was stockier than an average human but shorter. The creature was green with very thick skin, and had pointy ears. Its eyes were the same color as its skin, green, and its teeth that were exposed from its open mouth were sharp and pointy. This creature was called a Green Goblin.

"We can't get anywhere near them, Rakesh won't let us." I blinked at the weedy man. I couldn't tell what he was at first, but then I noticed the crinkled ears, the tell-tale sign of a goblin. He was probably the manager. Rem had told me they could be a little feisty but it seemed this one was nervous and I didn't need to guess why. The following house appeared to have a man doing the handout duties, so Gabby eagerly waited for the children to leave before making her appearance. "Trick or Treat!" Gabby shouted as the door opened. She threw the cloak open in one swift motion, leaving the man at this house dumfounded at how to respond. "Uhh, chocolate or peanut butter?" the man said, dazed. "Chocolate!" Gabby exclaimed. The man handed her a chocolate candy bar and Gabby grabbed it and ran off into the night.

“Who are you?” Venya asked, tilting her head to the side, confused by the short, olive-skinned man that was covered from his bald head to bare feet in blood and flesh chunks now standing just outside of a large, opened gash in the neck of the snake. “I am Grub. Oh don’t be worrying pretty face, Grub will fetch wonky leg, give me few minutes,” the man said, spinning quickly on his heels to face the opening once more and as he moved forward, he pushed the skin aside to step back into the throat of the snake.
