Ginny squinted her eyes as she was not going to stay in the same room with that snake. "I am leaving." She got down of the chair and came out of the room while Sebastian followed her out. "Where are you going now? Are you sure you are not using an excuse to run away from me?" He still had a doubt on her. Ginny did not like him and she did not allow him to touch her a bit. What if it was just her plan to leave him? Ginny stopped and glared at him. "Then, do you want me to sleep with that snake?"

He had several maids come in before walking out of the room. He shouldn't have reacted that way, but Felix was too young. He wouldn't have cared if the doctor were an elderly man. Ginny lay down on her bed while her maids disrobed her and pushed her underwear down. Although Ginny had said that it would be fine, she was now preoccupied with strange thoughts, Felix's face appearing in her mind. As he was of about the same age as her, she'd even begun to feel shy. Aside from her family, no other man had even touched her hands before, much less somewhere so private. Although Felix could only see a sliver of her skin at most, this interaction was already a lot for her.

"Please, Gin. Just let me do this. Let me take care of you. Because I couldn't handle it. If I lost you... if I lost either of you today, I wouldn't have survived it." Ginny’s own tears spilled rapidly over her lashes. She sank her fingers deeply into his thick hair, holding him close as he cried quietly against her side. In the absolute safety of their room, miles away from the magical war and the political fallout downstairs, they finally allowed themselves to just breathe.

" I asked. "I'm trying to give your story the perks it deserves." She continued. "I know Gryffindor had to have something intriguing and spicy." "You're so nasty!" I scolded her. "But I'm saying things as they appear." She defended herself. "Not really." I replied. "We just had a normal conversation. For the love of chocolates, the guy wouldn't even take my hand in a handshake, much less kiss me." "Ouch! That's rude." She confirmed. "I thought we agreed on much love, less ego?"

How did I even end up here? “Holy cow! Nah!” I finally noticed a huge white bandage wrapped around my knee down to my toes. What have I gotten myself into? Was I sleeping with that weird guy? Why was he in that room with me? I grabbed my hair, forcing myself to remember, but nothing. I couldn’t remember how I got here. “Gina.” I turned around too sharply that I swear I heard my neck bone snap. “Sorry I scared you,” she giggled softly.

I feel her sometimes, talk to her as well, but those interactions are so far out that I believe she will soon be gone for good. Anyway, now that he had rendered me useless he went on to pick Ginny to be his Luna. Instead of packing my things and getting the hell out of there I allowed myself to be convinced to stay as his mistress. I don't know what I wanted to achieve with that but I stayed, I got pregnant even.

Chapter Two Joss I barely ever want to see Gawin’s face again after what he did to me when we were kids. That day keeps playing in my head over and over even when I try to forget it. “She’s learning. We all bled on our first baskets.” Ginny held up her own beginning, perfectly neat, and sighed dramatically. “Tawny bled because she insisted she could do it faster than gravity.” “I was right,” Tawny said. “About the speed, not the gravity.” They bickered with such easy affection that something warm slipped under my ribs and settled there. I didn’t know how to hold this kind of morning. It felt like wearing a dress too soft to be mine. “Do you have a story?” Ginny asked me after a few quiet minutes, not looking up from her work. “It helps to put something in the weave. A hope. A promise. Even just a word.”

They had not been expecting that. Ginny leaned forward, her eyes locked onto mine. "I can hear the hope in your voice, Grayson. You still think she might change her mind." Her words struck a chord, and I felt a pang of guilt. Was it wrong for me to still be hanging on to a relationship that was starting to look like it had been doomed from the start? "I'm scared, Grayson. Scared that Keera might not change her mind, and you'll be stuck in limbo." Ginny continued, her voice laced with concern.

I should not, and yet that is the only fucking urge that is rushing through my veins instead of blood. “Who’s taking whom in?” I ask all of them, not bothering to cool down my tone. I do not have the frame of mind to, because she’s here. In my focus zone. And she needs to be fucking gone. “Me.” Knox places an arm around her shoulder. “Ginny will be interning with me.” She smiles up at him with those bright, bright eyes, all green and with barely any gray or even blue. She’s happy, ecstatic, and the thought of murder becomes more and more appealing.
