The Demon's Mate

The Demon's Mate

Gladious snarled, flames flaring around his fists, but I held my ground, unwavering. The room crackled with energy as our powers clashed, the heat of his flames meeting the cold fury of my storm. Azazel's gaze flicked between us, her body tense, ready to bolt at the first sign of violence. "Do you think you can challenge me, El-Kharis?" Gladious spat, his voice a low rumble, the floor beneath us vibrating with his barely contained rage. "You dare to insult me in my own domain?"

Talk to me nicely

Talk to me nicely

Wrong. “Daisy… wait.” Her voice was low, cautious. “What is it?” Daisy asked, sensing the sudden tension. Chelle’s eyes were fixed on the window of her room. The glass was jagged, shards scattered across the floor like frozen rain. The latch was broken. The metal frame bent outward. Someone had been inside. A cold shiver ran down Daisy’s spine. “Oh my God… Chelly…” The two of them approached cautiously, hearts hammering. Chelle’s hands trembled as she stepped over broken glass, her fingers brushing the cool window frame. “It’s… it’s broken,” she whispered, almost to herself.

Feral on the Ice

Feral on the Ice

Elara roared as the Fallen Elara lunged forward. The Fallen Elara was a terrifying sight. Her eyes were voids of Absolute Zero, and her "hockey stick" was a shard of a collapsed nebula. When she moved, she didn't skate; she Warped, tearing through the dark matter rink like a hot knife through silk. The Face-Off: The Cost of Perfection The Fallen Kael met the current Kael in the center. The Fallen version was a literal walking sun, his skin glowing with a white-hot intensity that threatened to vaporize the Oakhaven's shields.

BELLATRIX

BELLATRIX

CHAPTER 6 GABRIEL Some say that angels walk the Earth...I have never believed in that saying until I laid my eyes on Bella. The pic Arianna has of her does not do her justice. She has a naturally beautiful face giving off an almost angelic glow, yet I couldn't quite read her even when staring into her stunning dark brown eyes. I am normally very good at reading people and figuring them out without even having to speak to them. It's a good trait to have in my line of work. At first glance, I could see a mixture of sadness, pain, and fear in her eyes, but it changed quickly when she spoke, to a forced happier look. She was dressed in a lilac tank top, which complimented her perfectly shaped br

mumbled Matt as he nibbled some chips. “They were known as the strongest magi in the history of all creation!” Xander added. “Sadly, there has never been any record of a known sourcerer in existance, aside from the Golden Prince of legend, and the last known Ravant, Lady Chantrell Ravante, just passed away last week.” The room fell quiet as they paid their respects to the deceased registrar. It was only broken by a soft chime. Mar took out her cellphone and looked at Dorin after reading the message on the screen.

HIS REJECTED GODDESS

HIS REJECTED GODDESS

I looked through the heavy, six-inch-thick Starved Iron glass of the vault door. Standing perfectly still in the dead center of the chamber was the Obsidian Chassis. The matte-black void metal was entirely deactivated, stripped of the glowing purple kinetic lines that had once terrified the Mariana Trench. It was just a shell now. An empty, impossible shadow locked behind glass. "Do you think we will ever need it again?" Elara asked, stepping into the chamber from the spiraling stone staircase. She wore the tailored gray wool coat of the active Grandmaster, her polished iron staff resting easily on her shoulder.

The Twelve Scions

The Twelve Scions

"Glaucus, please. We have bigger problems at hand now." Lars frowned upon the interaction. As he fought in the air, Lars kept his eyes on this Glaucus fellow who was truly the mightiest among other depthdwellers. Glaucus was wielding a polearm weapon, shaped like a cross made of jagged blades. Any Chimeras that fell from the midair attack was left at the mercy of Glaucus' imposing cross.

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

The Dance of Fates: Bellatrix

She jumped and spun into the air, knocking one of the villager on the head before she landed on the ground smoothly. "They're replicas," Chloe told them. "Don't hesitate. Let me face Mai alone." She transferred her hold on her sheathed sword to the other hand and moved again in a blinding speed. "She's..." Neptos drew his sword in front of him. "She can see through the Auræ." He then attacked the shadows with his broad sword. Ciaran and the others followed his lead. Chloe hacked and smacked the replicas of the villagers with her sheathed sword, her glowing heterochromatic eyes were focused only on the standing Mai Lou. The spider elf was grinning. His eight hands were holding different weapo

This gave me a great fantasy-themed anime vibes, those series which took place in an entirely different world with loads of adventure to occur. Those who are into adventures with multiple unique characters to choose from would defo enjoy reading this piece.

Hell Twins

Hell Twins

I felt an unfamiliar feeling that began in the pit of my stomach before spreading throughout my body. "Rina, you have to listen to us right now," Arion tried, his voice thick with worry. I lifted my head to look at him. "Rina, please, you have to calm down," Arion begged. I looked at my hands, the strange glow that had been in my eyes when Sheila's mother had insulted me earlier had spread and was now engulfing my entire body. I looked into the worried eyes of my mates. I sucked in a deep breath before slowly releasing it. As I continued to breathe, the glow began dissipating. I concentrated on the feel of my mates holding me and before long, I was not glowing anymore.

Well written and hard to put down. the plot lines are smooth and well transactioned into 1 another, never making it confusing or disconnected. I can't wait for the next update on this book and hope that it will be more than just 1 chapter.

Is there going to be any updates? If not I will not waste any more money on it. Love the story but not the fact it doesn't get updated regularly. Sorry author but I don't pay for stories even if I love them if they don't have regular updates b

DEFYING FATE

DEFYING FATE

she asked herself. It reminded her of a cargo hold, like on a boat. It was gloomy, as if the lights were dimmed, and the air had a musky scent. Cherryl got up on shaky legs and automatically went to Gale to stroke her neck and calm her down. When the animal settled slightly, she dove to avoid Homer’s giant horns and moved to the glass wall of the enclosure to survey what lay beyond it.
