Eventually, they all stopped rolling and struggled to stand back up. It was then, a loud horn blew. BWOONG!! Shortly after that, screeches and high pitched screams came. Then a group of goblins appeared. All with stone weapons and wooden clubs. They rushed at the beefaloes while they were still down. Smacking with their clubs, hacking with their stone axes and stabbing with their spears. The beefaloes bellowed in agony as they died. “Yeah, those goblins are not like most others.” Yuki said after she had reported her observation this morning.

Gildeon couldn’t let that happen. “Ghulik,” he called, unfurling his arms. The goblin was still on top of Paul, practically drooling over the dead man’s face. “That body, it’s yours now.” The goblin’s red eyes grew big, gleaming in anticipation. “Ghulik can…” He pointed a sharp-nailed finger at his gaping mouth, then at the body. “Feast on him?” Gildeon nodded. “Make sure not to leave any trace.”

“Sera, look at this.” “This is bad. We should contact the commander.” She noticed that one of the goblins had a slightly bluish skin and a small horn on their head. It was a stronger species, an evolved goblin called a hobgoblin. Newbies can handle a single hoblin but a horde would be fatal. Team Alpha recovered enough to move. Sera and Sven were about to inform them to retreat when the earth rumbled violently.

She wondered where it came from, but thanked every holy being as she stabbed the goblin again, able to angle her strike better with the light. The goblin groaned in pain, and Bailey surged to her feet, dragging it up as well. "Why are you here?!" She shook the low fae hard enough it's wickedly sharp teeth chattered in it's ugly head. "Why have you attacked the Prince of the Autumn Court?" The goblin hissed at her, "We will feed on Sidhe flesh, whore!" It's voice was a shriek of defiance. "Annwn will rise, Unseelie will rise. You cannot stop us. He has legions!"

That finally shut those people up. Zoe happily took a photo with me and posted it on social media. A troll, twice the size of a man, stood before them, its gnarled skin covered in warts and scars. Its eyes glowed with an insidious hunger as it snarled, revealing rows of jagged teeth.
