"Your bond was just dissolved, and he already let her wear that kind of ring. She is not explaining anything because she wants people to misunderstand." I looked at the diamond and found that it hurt less than I expected. "If she likes it, let her wear it." Bella stared at me for a moment. "The calmer you are, the more I think Aaron deserves to rot." We left the restaurant not long after, only to meet Aaron and Vivian at the entrance. Vivian was still on his arm, with the diamond displayed so openly that even someone trying not to look would have seen it. The moment she noticed me, satisfaction crossed her face before she replaced it with panic.

I didn't come from money, so everyone around my rich girlfriend decided I had to be a gold digger. Nobody more than Tristan Reed, her male best friend. He told them he'd been kept by rich women himself, so he understood men like me better than anyone. To prove I wasn't that kind of man, I never accepted a single expensive gift from Vivian Ford during the three years I spent with her. Tristan had an explanation for that too. "He says no out loud, but he's waiting for her to offer something better on her own. It's called playing hard-to-get." Then came Vivian's birthday. I'd saved six months of my salary and bought her a necklace. I was almost at the door of the private room when I hear

I didn't want to question her or make her relieve her bad past but her words sounded unbelievable. "I never knew you went through a lot sis, I'm truly sorry. As for Stacey, I recently met her at the hotel I'm in, and I kind of felt like she wasn't lying." I said softly. "That's what golddiggers do, they trick and lie. That lady is a professional gold digger who can easily manipulate you, so avoid her at all cost and stay away from her." she said. "Okay, thank you for making things clear to me. I will talk to you later, I love you." I whispered.

Right as college acceptance letters went out, my golden boy of a brother, Bill Cyrus, spread a rumor that I stole his spot at Braxton University. His only proof was a single paparazzi shot of me standing outside the university gates. Of course, my parents believed him. To protect Bill's precious reputation, they forced me to take the fall. They even threatened to lock me away in an internet-addiction center for good to erase their embarrassment of their younger son—the one who dropped out and ran wild for a year. Watching my own family line up to tear me apart over one massive lie, the last scrap of hope I had for them shattered completely. I stopped holding back. I watched, ice-cold, a

She replied with some good questions. “It’s too early to tell if there is to be another war, I knew this would be hard for you due to you dad’s passing in the last one, I would listen to Sapphire if she has advised that there will be then this might be the case and you will be ready. You are strong and powerful in your own right and the goddess always has a plan. I think she might be the only golden wolf; this could be a great thing being very rare or could be bad as some might seek you out for selfish reasons.” I explained as she nodded along with my answers.

He looked down at his ring, and he knew that the thick platinum band with the thin stripes of gold was beautiful for more than one reason: it was beautiful for what it hid, not what it showed. Engraved inside, pressed against his warm skin, was the date of a young boy’s death written in Arabic, and a palm holding a flame. ‘Tahir’ meant ‘pure, virtuous’, and in Jim’s mind, that was Tahir. He’d never forget the boy’s attempts to alert Jim to his mother’s plans, he’d never forget that the boy had been blown up in his mother’s suicide bombing of the American Embassy, he’d never forget that Tahir had died because Jim had failed him.

But the way people moved aside for him, the way even the other alphas stepped back, told me everything I needed to know. This was someone powerful. "Ten gold from the hooded bidder," the trader said, his voice suddenly nervous. Garrett's scarred face went dark. "Twelve." "Twenty." The hooded man didn't hesitate. Gasps ran through the crowd. Twenty gold pieces could buy a house. A farm. A whole herd of cattle. Garrett looked like he wanted to rip someone's throat out. His hand went to the knife at his belt. "Twenty-five." "Fifty."

“Reach under your seat, there’s two guns under there. Take them out, they’re already loaded so don’t worry. Then you’re going to place those guns on my lap, I’ll use them. After that, you’re going to reach into my waistband and pull out my gold glock. You’re going to be using that gun.” I did as he said and I did it quickly, I didn’t want to waste any time because I knew that it was a matter of life and death. After I had the gold gun in my trembling hands I waited for him to continue, “there’s a tunnel that’s coming ahead,” indeed when I looked out the windshield, there was a tunnel that we were, at most, 60 seconds from, “when we go into the tunnel, we’ll lose the helicopter. There’s three

"Yeah. He's that singer...What's his name again...James I guess?" "JAMES AS IN JAMES BOND THE SINGER?" "Lower down your voice miss Jones," He whispers sternly eyeing the people around them. "Are you sure?" She widens her eyes, "Did you see it with your own eyes?" "Of course," He says being defensive, "She's openly cheating on me." "YOUR WIFE IS CHEATING ON YOU WITH JAMES BOND AND YOU SAW IT WITH YOUR OWN EYES NOW I NEED TO HELP YOU?"

I have never been on a ship or yacht before so seeing one up close is really exciting. A man was standing nearby on the side of a big and white yacht with golden paintings on the side and Jason greeted him with a smile and a handshake. "Hello James." He addressed the man. "Hello again Mr. Cartwright. As you've requested, everything is all ready and just waiting for your further instructions. Shall we sail east?" The word 'sail' caught my attention and I looked at Jason immediately but he continued to stare at James with a smile but I can tell he was enjoying my surprised reaction.
