Gomez Adams Novels & Stories

This was the beginning of a new chapter. ____ Adams sat at his desk, the low hum of the office filling the background as papers and files piled up before him. He was halfway through a report when his phone buzzed. The name flashing on the screen made his brows knit together. It was one of his trusted sources, a man who rarely called unless it was something critical. He answered quickly. “What is it?” The voice on the other end was hushed, cautious. “Adams, he’s here. Liam just landed in the country. They’ve already moved into the new mansion he acquired outside the city.”

I asked. “Why not? She’s not going anywhere?” Gladstone said. “Fine. You’re going to Celeste.” Adams said. “Another woman? Does this leader have a harem of women that do all of his bidding for him?” I asked. “I don’t know why they’re all women. Probably easier to control.” Adams said. And I smirked at him. “You’ve never been married, have you?” I asked. And even Gladstone looked at him sideways when he said that.

I asked him. “Yeah things here are great, listening to Chastity and Nina bitch the whole day,” he said and I laughed. “You’ll survive,” I said. “How’s Finley?” he asked me. “She’s getting there,” I said to him. “She was born Lucea Adams on 13 April, younger sister to Archer Adams, parents died in a house robbery while both of them were away on Spring Break. One son, Sebastian Adams, deceased at the age of four, car accident. She dropped out of college when she was twenty-two and dropped off the face of the earth,” he said.

" Carlos clicked his tongue in annoyance. He felt that he could not win against Josephine's words. She always has a counter answer that can irritate Carlos. She was also very calm and showed absolutely no fear. In fact, Carlos had noticed that Josephine slept soundly on the sofa last night. "Sit here and let's see something that will definitely make your boredom go away," Carlos said, patting the sofa next to him. Smirked. Josephine reluctantly obeyed Carlos, sitting on the same sofa as him but giving him a wide distance. Carlos put the laptop on the table and clicked something. "Y-yes. I wanted to explain the purpose of my visit." "Okay. Go ahead." "So, Sir, Ma'am, Sister Celine, and Brother Zack. My visit here is intended to propose to Gina." "Hah, propose?" Gina asked in surprise. Gina's reaction was similar to Celine's, the parents and Zack's reactions. Everyone was shocked by a decision that suddenly came out of Adam's mouth. "So, when are you going to propose to my daughter, Adam?" "Tomorrow, Sir. Is it okay?" Just as Celine's father was about to say something, he was preceded by Mrs. Maggie.

Hell, he was in such a mess. “You haven’t tried everything, A.D.C. I know you and if you have been calling her daily for the past two years, it means you are damned serious about her,” Zoey remarked and Adam sighed. If only Rhea was as smart as she was! “What do you mean by “I haven’t tried everything?” he queried puzzled and watched as her face transformed into a big mischievous grin.

I don’t know who this person is, but he or she is pissing me off. Thankfully it is Friday, and I can be home for the next two days. I talked with Doug the day after our meeting and asked about a guard for Everly. He thought that was a good idea. He told me that he had the perfect guy and would call me back after talking with him. I am guessing that if this is one of his friends or a guy who works for him, he knows Everly and will agree without hesitation. The guy that Doug sent started yesterday. His name is Giovanni, or Gio for short. He and Everly seem to get along ok so far. I was concerned, considering he is only 25, but Doug told me that there is no one he trusts more than Gio.

All of a sudden she got wide eyes as realization hit her that she was Adams's wife. " I'm so sorry Mrs Anderson I didn't know it was you. Mr Adams is in a meeting now, you could go wait for him in his office." " Thank you," she said as she was directed to his office. She entered the office and took a look around, it was okay. She sat down on the chair behind his desk and spun around while touching his pens on the desk. She woke up and walked around the office looking at the furniture. His office lacked some flowers so she decided to surprise him and send him some flowers to his office. She sat back on his chair and waited. After waiting for some time she heard voices approaching and she gues

“Tell him to come back later.” “I told him that already,” the maid replied nervously, “but he insists on seeing whoever is available.” The grandmother frowned. “Who is this man?” Celine looked at the maid expectantly. “What’s his name?” The maid hesitated, glancing between them. “He said his name is…” she paused, lowering her gaze, “…Adam Brooks. CEO of Brooks Enterprises.” Instantly, Celine froze.

She made sure I got everything I needed, even with the financial burden of having to provide for her parents too. One evening, we sat in her little living room, watching our favourite reality show, which was suddenly interrupted by the news at 7pm. I frowned, my frustration evident before I slowly wheeled myself towards the room, only to halt halfway as the channel news popped up. The anchor’s voice came through, loud and firm. “The headlines today — Businessman Damon Adams, CEO of Adams Holdings, tied the knot earlier today with Camilla Hayes, the stunning model and younger sister of his ex-wife, Clara Hayes.”
