Beatrice Beecham's Cryptic Crypt

Beatrice Beecham's Cryptic Crypt

’ Jimbo said, uncertain. ‘Just yank that umbilical, Jimbo,’ Cochran said firmly. ‘Or I’ll be goin’ back to port on my lonesome.’ Reluctantly, Jimbo helped pull the creel on deck, both men ending up standing over it with some trepidation. ‘What you seein’, Jimbo?’ ‘I’m seein’ only a bunch of lobsters.’ ‘Yeah, me too,’ Cochran confirmed, nudging the creel with his foot. After a few moments he turned his grizzled face to his First Mate. ‘Drama’s over. Let’s haul the rest of ’em in.’

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

The Billionaire Alpha's Revenge

he'd called it, though Jack suspected simple curiosity. "Visual contact," Marcus announced. Jack looked up and saw it. The scout ship was beautiful—a sleek vessel of silver and blue, organic curves suggesting it had been grown rather than built. But it was clearly damaged. Portions of its hull flickered with unstable energy, and a trail of debris marked its descent path. Behind it, still distant but closing fast, three dark shapes pursued. The Vanguard hunters. "Aria-7, this is Jack Miller," he broadcast on the Origin Heart's frequency. "We're here to help. Can you match our position?"

His Baby My Burden: The Mafia Rider's Claim

His Baby My Burden: The Mafia Rider's Claim

A warning. I grip the railing harder, heart pounding. The cargo ship looms ahead, massive and slow, vulnerable. And then—floodlights blaze from the starboard side. Another vessel emerges from the dark. Sleek, black, marked with a single insignia. The Vitale crest. I exhale, part relief, part dread. The new ship surges between the cargo and the attackers. Its guns roar, tearing into the speedboats with terrifying precision. Engines sputter, hulls splinter, screams cut through the air. Within minutes, the would-be raiders are retreating, limping into the night.

The Billionaire's Hidden Vows

The Billionaire's Hidden Vows

The wreckage bobbed like bones on a black tide. Ash stained the morning horizon as the Coast Guard's cutter circled the scorched debris field. Bits of wood floated like teeth, charred and hissing against the waves. A child's sandal, a scorched life jacket, a melted clutch bag—catalogued and zipped in evidence bags. But no body. Not a lock of hair, not a fingernail. Magnolia was smoke, shadow, myth.

His Forbidden Truth

His Forbidden Truth

Finally, Elise said, “If Orion’s still floating, we need eyes on it. Otherwise, every move we make is blind.” Sophia nodded. “We find it. Carefully.” --- Camilo’s Pacific contacts located a fishing vessel willing to scout the coordinates. Two days later, grainy footage arrived: a massive ship, painted white, drifting as if abandoned. No lights. No visible crew.

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

The gentle swell of the ocean rocked beneath the hull, and the distant cries of seagulls heralded a new beginning, yet the air crackled with anticipation as the crew prepared for the morning ahead, a quiet sense of unity bonding them as they worked in harmony. At the far end of the deck, two figures emerged from the shadows of the night. Gabriel and Lucas sprinted aboard, their clothes wind-torn and disheveled from the recent scouting mission. Lucas sported a fresh bruise on his cheek, the evidence of their dangerous encounter glowing prominently against his tanned skin. Gabriel clutched a weathered map in one hand while Lucas held a sealed dispatch, both of them breathless and exhilarated a

Bayou Whispers

Bayou Whispers

The Civil War ghouls boarded the vessel via a series of wooden planks, and a large man, naked from the waist up, waved a mock greeting at the ex-Rangers. Papa Nightmare. The boat vanished in the blink of an eye. “Dios mio. That was that boat Roo told us about. The one that exploded,” said Fernández. He began to shake as the adrenaline coursing through his veins now had no one left to fight. “I’m gonna smash that fucker to paste one day,” growled the Golem. “C’mon, Dave, let’s get back inside. We gotta collect what we can and get out of here.”

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

The CEO’s Regret: My Ex-Wife is the Hidden Tycoon

Mia whispered, standing on the capstan with her hand pointing over the port railing. Through the black mist, the horizon was no longer flat. The deep margin was a chaotic landscape of unfinished concepts—massive, floating blocks of un-carved marble, rivers of liquid silver that ran without banks, and fragments of ancient, handwritten drafts that drifted through the dark like broken icebergs. And there, stuck fast in the middle of a floating reef made of frozen punctuation marks, was another vessel. The Derelict Draft The blue ship glided to a halt beside the reef, its wooden hull scraping against a massive, crystalline question mark that rose twenty feet out of the black water.

Captured by the Alien

Captured by the Alien

The debris came just often enough that we didn't get to talk much, but not too often that we ran much risk of struggling to avoid it in time. I was growing bored and struggling to focus when something caught my eye. Before I could be sure what I'd seen, it had passed overhead and off the edge of my view. Choosing to be careful, I got to my feet and leaned forward over the console. "There's a whole ship up there," I said. "And I think it's trying to follow us." "Pirates, or scavengers who think they might get lucky. In your seat," Icaan replied. I didn't hesitate as Icaan pushed the throttle a little harder and his ship sped up.

highly entertaining. I kept wanting to slug Icaan in the jaw, but he finally came to his scenes. I would like an epilogue or another chapter - what happens now? life within the royal family? still out & about in his brother's ship? slave reform? women's rights? I'm left hanging.
Moni And
A smoothly and thrilling written book. Icaan and Jet are endearing, the dynamic between them is great, passionnate and I liked the way it developed. Also that Jet isn't just a damsel in distress but had the wits and guts to fight for her prince. I'd love there be a continuation of their adventures
