I thanked Auntie as she started clearing away the dishes. “No worries. I’ll leave after I finish putting these away,” Auntie said before flashing me a kind smile. I smiled back as I nodded in appreciation. It was getting late, and I wanted Auntie to hurry back so that she could rest. Hayden woke me up quite early this morning and we were out all day.
