Goosebumps Audiobook Novels & Stories

He panicked and promptly let go of my hand. When he says my name, it's like music to my ears. When he said my name, it seemed like someone had sprinkled chocolate into the music in my ears. I've never felt so happy hearing my name spoken by someone before. Why do I get goosebumps when I hear Ethan Woods mention my name? Oh my god, what a new emotion I'm experiencing. Did you notice he apologized to you? Hearing the word "sorry" from his mouth rather than my name thrilled my subconscious more.

Just as I selected the photo, an anxious voice suddenly rang out in my mind, "Wait, Mom! You can't send that!" Startled, I looked up. However, I didn't see any children around. Who on earth had just spoken? Sensing my confusion, the voice spoke again, "Mom, it's me. I'm your baby!" I was even more confused. Was the baby in my belly talking to me? But it was only a fetus that had barely taken shape! The voice continued, "Mommy, you sent that message right after the checkup in your last life. Dad's secretary saw it and got jealous, so she ran off. The deal he was about to sign fell through. In the end, Dad blamed everything on you.

Being in that position made my stomach churn. I could hear some soft Italian in the background. I wasn’t so sure how many voices I heard, but I think probably three different voices. “Please don’t harm me” I whimpered in fear with my whole body shivering. My legs itch as well. I also felt stupefied. The conversation in the background all of a sudden ceased. This skyrocketed my anxiety to cloud nine. I gulped down large chunks of saliva repeatedly. “Take her off the chair” a bold voice came through. I couldn’t stop wondering how just a voice could make the hair on my body sprout up and arouse goosebumps.

“Giggles of children.” “Stop hallucinating, Zeve. I don’t hear a thing except the sound of winds, those ravens on every shattered house and the stream flowing… and of course you whispering creepily.” He said, and I shifted closer to him, walking cautiously as if a ghost might pounce out of the thickets that were on either sides of the road. Until now, I used to hear the whimpers of people. Then I heard those screeches when I touched that book and now the giggles. I thought. Wait! But Amor heard those screeches from the book, too.

I call out as I cautiously walk towards where I think the sound came from, my heart pounding in my chest. When I look down the aisle, there's nobody there, yet there's a good amount of books fallen onto the ground "great" I mutter sarcastically as I bend down in a squat position, picking the books back up. " Piper" I hear a strange voice whisper. The whisper is so quiet that I'm not even sure I heard it. I glance around the room but see nothing. Goosebumps liter my arms as I briskly stand up and shove the books back into the shelf before walking back towards my table.

My skin is goosebumping all over with apprehensive shivers. I listen hard, cocking my head to the side so I'm aiming for noise at the window, and flinch when instead, hushed voices along the hall give me a jump scare. I pause, hold my breath, and strain to hear, making out two low voices probably saying goodnbight and stiffen all over in anticipation. Heart pounding so hard through my chest that I am sure everyone can hear it, and my ribs are vibrating with the effort of containing it.

It was dark. It was empty. My eyes wandered everywhere only to find darkness and nothing else. I felt goosebumps prickle all around my body. Thud. I jumped as the voice came from my left. With my eyes wide, I stayed rooted to my spot and felt a gust, sending chills to my body but it was not the wind. I noticed the shadow of the figure that ran past me, faster than any human being. Another terrifying sound echoed in my ears and I was about to pee in my short shorts. Growls. I didn’t need to second guess what it was. I gulped and forced my legs to move but they didn’t. My heartbeat accelerated and my knees started trembling beneath me.

I mouthed back, which earned me the bird from her. I turned back in my seat and stared out the window. Truly though what really was that electric feeling, and no it wasn’t a shocking feeling like the one where you push your wet finger into a socket, but it was that chilling feeling that make goosebumps cloud your skin, and that feeling felt alien, but in a good way. I wonder if I’ll see him again. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I must apologize for uploading this 2 days late. 🙇‍♀️😭

I don’t think I’ve ever had such a feeling of freedom. Nothing could bother me, hurt me, or even get to me here. It was like I knew it; my body and soul knew it. So I fell deeper into the soft comfort, embraced the darkness back, and leaned in. Something stirred down here with me, another presence awakening and slowly searching for me. My skin still erupted with goosebumps over my arms and down my back, and the continuous rumbling sound that followed me—vibrated through my chest, making my heart flutter with anticipation, waiting for something.

Her body involuntarily got goosebumps, as she tried to move away from where she was standing right now. But no matter how hard Maya tried, the girl still couldn't move an inch from her current standing position. The disturbing voice that was previously only faintly heard grew clearer with time. It's a chewing sound. A terrifying sound, and accompanied by an increasingly stinging pain from her entire body. With all her might, Maya finally forced her eyes to see what creature was behind her all this time.
