Storming into theirs I kneel down out of breath “ Oh goodness are you alright dear?” grams says running over to me “ yeah I’m fine I just had to walk back here because my car wouldn’t start.” “ I wonder if you were a target.” she mumbled “ what?” “ Nothing dear, go to the kitchen and I’ll make some tea.” I do as she says, watching her make tea I couldn’t help but ask “ Have you heard of this ‘king’ rogue who’s built himself a pack back in the US?”

“Warriors, I hope we haven’t been lagging off in my absence?” “No, Alpha,” everyone said in unison, a symphony of heavy masculine voices. “We will see,” Asher said. “Graham, Reed…anything we need to worry about?” I wasn’t sure, but I noticed his eyes narrow at the leader of the warrior for a second. “No Alpha,” Graham shook his head. He was a hefty guy with slick blonde hair, tattoos and piercings and gave off really evil vibes. “Just a few rogues here and there. Nothing out of the ordinary,” he added.

These people might be the best staff in the world and I am grateful for that, I won’t be starting with antagonism at the very least. “I am Raees Graham and I am your new CEO.” I start and the applause starts all over again, I blink back the stinging in my eyes and smile so brightly. “I don’t have many words to say but I do know that I can’t be my very capable father and predecessor, Jacob Graham, but what I know I can be is a good boss to you all, and I promise to be just that. To taking FG through the skies in every part of the world, I am Raees Graham and that’s my pledge.”

Seeing him in person was much better than watching him on television. "Well, Avery, the world is waiting to be bought. You'll have to work hard." Graciano's laughter died down. His face became serious again. He stepped toward the glass cabinet. It was lined with bottles of Emerald Green and glasses. I scratch the cheek he touched. It seems he doesn't want to let me go before we have a drink together. I rarely drink, so I don't know if I can survive with Emerald Green. He took two glasses, then placed them on the table. Next, he picked up the wine bottle and opened it with his bare hands. I watched silently as the sparkling green liquid flowed into the glass.

I said. "You bitch!" He raised and swung his fist towards me but before he could reach me, he was flung away from me, towards the ground. Sebastian stood beside her. His eyes dark with fury. "Don't you ever try to lay your filthy hand on her again" he growled, something about his tone was dangerous. Graham winced as he struggled to get up from the floor. "Liam was supposed to be our breakthrough. Don't you fucking see? He was supposed to be our upper hand over our enemies. He was an advantage" Graham said, clutching the side of his abdomen as he winced his pain.

"Anyone without a partner?" I awkwardly raised my hand. "Oh... then maybe you can go with that handsome boy there?" I looked at where he's pointing. Carter Gray. Carter is one of the typical gamers. He likes to keep a low profile and stay at home all day. But I heard that when he does go to parties, he gets super drunk and does a lot of crazy things. He has sandy blonde hair with brown ends. His dark brown eyes looked at me and grinned. Well he's... something. I awkwardly walk up to him. He gives me a warm smile as I sat beside him.

Gwyneth's eyes were bright, crinkling at the corners. She'd never smiled like this at Graham before. Or rather, she had smiled at him this way, but he had never paid any attention to her before. Leanna came out of the kitchen and saw him staring at his phone. She leaned over to take a look. "Oh, the post on Gwyn's Instagram? She looks really good in that coat, doesn't she?" Graham locked his screen and put it on the table. "Yeah."

To the right, a picture of Harou himself; In the middle, a picture of Blake with darker eyes in a deep green and hazel; and to the right, a picture of Damian, or as Harou likes to call him, Keiran. Blake nods in disbelief. "This, can't be real. This is . . . . What is this?"

I approach them turning the clamp and test that it fits my fingers. Hayes…D'Angelo is twisting the knives in his arm and Graham, though he tries, can't hide his pained cries. He steps to the side as he sees me coming, and I grab Graham by the neck to make him look me in the eye. Tell me something, filthy rat—his body spasms in pain and he tries to focus on me—Have you ever stopped to ask him if he wanted to? It takes time, but he responds with a smile full of triumph.

I answered back. "It was so easy to pass Harvard, Dylan." Gerald spoke. I did not reply, of course, they have a mind of a genius. I have a mind of an artist, and it's just totally different—and the Hearst, my family, they do not care about artists like me, they only care about Science.
