Forbidden Friendship
I muttered to myself, trying to summon the last bit of courage.
The forest seemed to whisper secrets as I moved forward, and my senses heightened. My wolf lurked just beneath the surface of my skin, ready to protect me. I kept my eyes peeled for the signs I had heard about—the special markers that would show the way to the witch world.
After several minutes of careful searching, I held my breath when I saw them: two towering trees with dark purple flowers at their base. These weren't ordinary blooms. Growing in abundance, the flowers glistened in the dawn light as if sprinkled with stardust. They were Moonshade Lilacs, rare and magical, known only to those with a touch of the supernatural.
