I whispered the unlocking spell, old enough that the air around me shimmered with pale blue glyphs. The book creaked open. “Chronos Binding,” I murmured. The title alone sent a chill down my spine. Inside were diagrams of realms overlapping each other like threads in a tapestry. Old Realm. Divine Plane. Mortal Realm. Abyssal Void.

I say it appreciatively, and he only grunts in response before walking away. I go into the mystical creatures island, and I stare at the amount of books on the shelves. How the hell am I supposed to pick just one out of all of this? A particular hardcover catches my attention. It appears ancient, yet it’s lilac, exactly the same color as my eyes. I take it off the shelf and grin when I see its title. THE HISTORY OF OMEGAS: HOW THE DIVINE BEINGS CAME TO BE. Yes! This is it! This is the book!

“But Cameron, we were—” “Let's go!” he yelled, startling her into silence. “But remember this, Tristan. You can't hide the freak forever. They seemed to hum faintly at her touch, reacting as if they recognized her. Finally, she stopped at a thick, leather-bound tome etched with faint silver patterns. “What’s this one?” she asked. Seraphina’s eyes widened slightly. “That’s the oldest of them all The Chronicle of the Silver Howl. No one has opened it in a long time.”

I would like to thank all of you who stuck with me through this series of books, and even those of you who have only read this book (or just two of the three). It has taken me a year to work through all three books, but I was determined to do my best to end the series on a sweet note.
