Scorned Luna To Alpha Queen

Scorned Luna To Alpha Queen

They reached the entrance to the feast hall and Lyralei removed her arm from Keziah's shoulders, not wanting to make her uncomfortable in front of the entire pack. Then she took in the scene in front of her. The hall was massive, carved directly into the mountain like everything else in this territory. Long tables stretched the length of the space, rough-hewn wood worn smooth by years of use, packed with warriors sitting shoulder to shoulder. Torches burned along the walls and hung from iron fixtures overhead, casting jumping shadows across the stone. Platters of meat sat on the tables alongside bowls of roasted vegetables and thick loaves of bread, and the smell of it all hit her immediatel

The Healer's Bond

The Healer's Bond

His only mission was to take Emma and escape this nightmarish dimension that reeked of blood and ancient magic. The Great Hall of Grimkeeper's domain buzzed with macabre merriment—creatures of all shapes and sizes feasting, drinking, and engaging in what passed for celebration in Death Valley. The air was thick with the smell of roasting meat and strange spices that made Steve's stomach turn. Despite not having eaten for what felt like days, he had no appetite for the bizarre food laid out before him—meats of indeterminate origin, fruits that pulsed as if still alive, and drinks that glowed with unnatural colors.

The Omega's Crown

The Omega's Crown

I knew because I had been awake at the third hour of the morning — not from nerves, which I had been expecting, but from the smell of roasting meat and fresh bread that had been coming up through the east wing since before dawn, and from the small animal at the base of my ribs who had been too awake to let me sleep and had spent the last three hours pressing forward and going back and pressing forward again like a wolf who had been told something good was happening and couldn't hold still about it. The feast was in the great hall. The same room, re-dressed. The ceremony banners were still up but the altar had been folded back and the tables had come out — long oak, end to end, the same confi

Tamed By The Lycan Prince

Tamed By The Lycan Prince

I forced a polite smile onto my face, my hands clasped tightly in my lap to hide their trembling. Servants began to filter into the grand room with an air of practiced grace. They carried silver trays laden with beautifully arranged dishes, the various courses of our imminent meal. The aroma of delicacies wafted through the room, a heady mix of roasted meats, fresh vegetables, and the wine that sparkled in gem-encrusted goblets. I watched as Prince Kinnison reached for the goblet in front of him. That goblet contains the potion of charm. Once he takes a sip, he'll be under its spell, I thought with clenched fists. I knew I had to intervene.

Ilyria and the Lightning Bird

Ilyria and the Lightning Bird

There should have been voices, laughter, music, the clatter of serving trays. They walked on toward the Great Hall, Ilyria’s feet slowing with dread. She remembered too well the last time she had been in the Great Hall. The gluttonous debauchery of Dirk’s merchant hangers-on. She hoped they had suffered at least a little humiliation from the tasks with which she had enchanted them.

The Lamb Head Banquet

The Lamb Head Banquet

Daniel even decorated the yard with festive banners and strings of lights, and fireworks were set up near the fence. The music and explosions thundered through the air. The funeral felt more like a celebration than a farewell. None of the guests paid any attention to that. The lamb's heads smelled far too good. The meat was tender enough to melt on the tongue, while even the bones seemed infused with rich juices. It made people want to devour an entire head by themselves. The guests ate with abandon, completely immersed in the feast, grease glistening around their mouths, only my grandfather showed no interest in the banquet.

A SECOND CHANCE FOR BULLIED LUNA

A SECOND CHANCE FOR BULLIED LUNA

“We are about to have dinner now.” “They were small cuts,” he says. “And with her energy, I am sure she has burnt through them by now.” “Hmm, fair point.” “So?” He asks as he looks over at us all. “Are you guys ready?” “Do we have a choice?” Rina asks before gesturing for him to lead the way. The dining room is less of a room and more of a hall. A large, huge hall. Picture Harry Potter's dining hall where everyone would gather for the special assemblies.

Enjoyable read, never once was tempted to skip to the end chapters and read it all the way through. Author has a definite talent despite some grammatical and language errors. Although, the description is a bit misleading as the dialogue snippet never happened in the story.

Great story loved it. Even though life might seem rough but life toughens you and gives you second chances. There is always light at the end of the tunnel Thank you so much for the great unique story.

Annalisa

Annalisa

My traitorous feet tapped out a rhythm against the polished floor. Suddenly, the music stopped. The abrupt silence caught everyone off guard. A hush fell over the room as all eyes turned to the Duke and Duchess, who stood on a raised platform at one end of the hall. “My esteemed guests,” boomed the Duke, his voice resonating with magic, “a toast! To the successful retrieval of the Everflowing Teapot, and to the continued prosperity of our supernatural community!” A collective cheer erupted from the crowd, glasses clinking in celebration. I took a sip of the shimmering, pearlescent potion that filled my goblet. It tasted faintly of honeysuckle and something else, something deeper and more mys

Aurora and the ruthless Lycan king

Aurora and the ruthless Lycan king

⸻ The Banquet Hall The grand doors opened with a creak as the girls stepped into the banquet hall. It was a sight straight from a fantasy — candlelight flickered from a thousand chandeliers, casting golden halos over gleaming silverware and crystal goblets. Long tables lined the room, laden with roasted meats, fresh fruits, and decadent pastries. But it was the head table, elevated slightly and overlooking the room, where the girls were guided. Their mates were already seated. Kael stood immediately, a hand outstretched to Bella. “You look… dangerous,” he said with a smirk.

ALPHAS of the PEAK

ALPHAS of the PEAK

"I never scented you here, understood? Your secret is guarded." "So is yours, sugar-furs." He grinned, watching her retreat. "Enjoy your empty bed." Her farewell came in the form of a bold, raised claw. "That's my girl." As much as he admired the High Alpha’s Den, the Great Hall was the last place Harrison wanted to be on this humid late-June evening. Especially since it meant sharing a feast with the entire Whitlock pack. "I wish I possessed the strength to howl 'no' to you. It would certainly spare me some grief."
