Hades Deity Novels & Stories

"Gods cannot be created by mere mortals! No one creates a deity!" "Oh...you haven't been to Umuora then. I have been there and I know what I saw. They have powerful deities and they created all of them. This one here is called Ope, it kills instantly. Take and swear that you will keep your words after revealing the secret I have with you...take it." Ije stared at the wooden artifact. She stood up from her chair and took a step backward. The man stood up too and took a step forward. "Are you scared?" He asked.

"You were only employed two days ago and you've already begun snooping around?" "I got lost." "Huh. You got lost and found your way here, then you decided that you could get some information to your flash drive?" "That's not my drive. I was only looking through the paintings on the wall and I panicked when I heard you come in." "Huh." He licks the inside of his cheeks. "You know something Kota? I hope you don't mind me calling you Kota." "I don't mind at all." He nods. "Lying is an art in the underworld. Your life depends on how well you're able to sell a lie. And you, my dear beautiful puppy, are the worst liar I've ever met."

She believed Hades still had feelings for me and constantly fought with him over it. Her resentment deepened. Around that time, a young, wealthy heir accidentally crossed paths with her. She couldn't resist and cheated on Hades. After that, her disdain for him only grew worse. Hades eventually discovered the affair. They fought bitterly, but Olivia refused to stop seeing her lover. In the end, Hades caught them in bed together. Olivia defended her lover, while the man insulted Hades for being a worthless cripple. Enraged, Hades grabbed a knife and stabbed Olivia's lover. Both men died from the struggle.

It breaks you. He shattered me. Piece by piece. Now let me take you deeper into the past—into how it all truly began. Hades was once a general in the Spirit World. Yes, he served the very place he seeks to destroy. He fought for them. Led their battles. Bled for their wars. But they used him—over and over again. Queen Amira never once acknowledged his sacrifice. The king promoted others. *Not* him. He was just a weapon to them.

“She is an important part of our project. Only she can find the keys.” With that, they faded into the night. Nazeera removed whatever spell she had cast on us and we became visible. “Key? Girl? What girl and who the hell is Odhal?” Confusion glimmered in my gaze as I stared at Nazeera whose eyes still didn’t leave the corner they had disappeared to. “Odhal is the god of Hades, the King of Hell.” She turned to me. “Someth ing is going on in this school, and I strongly believe your dagger is connected to it.”

Then big hands came up breaking away at the ground around the crack, making way for a larger being to come out. “Ares, I don’t know if you… If you have ever met Hades. He’s a God, just like you, so you should have at least heard of him.” I grinned. The look on Ares face said it all. The ground beneath me shook and everyone struggled to stand upright as Hades hooves stomped on the ground coming towards me. “Well, Ryder. It looks like I was right about you. Your energy fed me for two years. I knew it wouldn’t be wise to stand against you. I owe you, kid. Just tell me what to do.”

“I never got your name.” He slowly turned back to the balcony. “Hades.” I couldn’t control the eyebrow that rose up my face. “That’s your name?” “Yes. Not as beautiful as Sofia, but it will do.” “Isn’t that the god of the underworld?” “Yes, to those who believe in Greek mythology. Are you one of those people?” “No. But it’s still an interesting name.”

It’s as if I don’t want to wake up from the dream I can make use of as an escape against the cruelty of the human world. But of course, the fact that this place is also dangerous for a mere human like me brings height to my fears. Especially since I just received a death threat from one of the most powerful here in Olympus. Speaking of powers, Professor Damaris told me that there is Seven Caste of Powers here in the Olympus, wherein people were ranked based on the level and contribution of their powers to the Olympus.

As the water flows through his body you can see the blood of his victims clinging to him gradually flowing into the sink. Azrael’s body is full of scars from his wounds from his previous missions and on his back is a large tattoo— “Deus Mortis” which in Latin means “God of death” is what the organization called him because of the number of impossible missions he has accomplished.
