Sigourney had decided to surprise her best friend by arriving first at her house to decorate the place for her homecoming. Initially, Gabriel had been opposed to the idea, stating the fact that her friend would probably need a day or two to herself before wanting to entertain visitors. He had suggested that they pay her a visit a day or two after her arrival but Sigourney had stubbornly pushed her own opinion into motion (like always), arguing about how it had been too long since she'd seen her bestie.

“Lead the way.” Nodding, Sabine opened the door. Then she waved them on, and they stepped out of Dante’s tower. As they passed through the lovely garden, more women with flutes, lyres, and lutes joined her procession. A few more Lycans followed with two flags, one of which had her pack’s crest on it. It was a wolf standing on his hind legs and howling at the moon - a deep green and amaranth hue. Under the bougainvillea archway leading out of Dante’s tower, Sabine stepped into the middle.
