The Last Thunder

The Last Thunder

“Ah sorry, I don’t have—” “Oh you!” The old lady shushed him. She took a small paper bag from the container beside the tong, the one filled with papers that are pinky red in color. Then she took each bread from two crates and put them inside the paper bag. Then she gave it to him. “Here! Give her these!” Shitone who was craving for the delicious sweets, her expression brightened when she saw the paper bag offered by the kind grandma. She was about to take it but Alex pulled her away.

Trash one

Trash one

So she got her husband to get it one that very day. There was a little bag on Angela's hand. Jate had bought this at the mall earlier. She didn't know what it's was either. She opened the bag for the first time and pulled a small box out. "Grandma, my mom isn't free to come but I bought a gift for you and I'll hope you like it."

I’m done reading this book The last few chapters was a repeat chapter and that is so annoying. It’s not the first time or the last time I’m sure I’m over this book I really like it but not enough to just throw money away Good luck to the author but won’t be getting no more of my coins

Before I lost my old phone I had this app. and several books on it including this story. Unfortunately I have started rereading it and I'm a bit disappointed... Same story but somehow it reads like a little kid wrote it... Sorry but it's true.. Please fix the way it's edited and correct the mistake

Don't Open the Red Jar

Don't Open the Red Jar

Sure enough, Grandma's attention was immediately drawn to the bag. I got curious about what was inside too, but she just grabbed it and went straight into the house. I was just about to leave when she suddenly came after me and shoved 1,000 dollars into my hand. "Here, take this 1,000 dollars. The time has come." Huh? Had hell frozen over? And why did Grandma look so revitalized all of a sudden? It was like she'd shed years off her age in a second.

Rannigan's Redemption

Rannigan's Redemption

She hadn't noticed the lone bag that had been placed there. He unzipped the dark brown leather case and drew out a large woven straw bag with pink webbing handles. The unmistakable L'Occitane logo was embroidered on the side. "This is for you. Hopefully, there's everything you'll want. But if not, we can run into town for whatever you need."

This was worth the time to read. Real characters, wonderful story, and yes, some tears. But totally worth it. I will breath to reset my emotions, and read it again to catch the details I missed the first read. it is that good of a story.

It was a breath of fresh air, original, I have not read anything with this plot on this platform, wonderfully written, with the right dose of humour, sarcasm, love and redemption indeed. I loved it big time.

The Halloween Fee

The Halloween Fee

I glanced at both of them — Kent tense and evasive, Holly hollowed out and dazed — then began explaining calmly. “Today was Halloween. The kindergarten planned a trip to the amusement park. Our class unanimously chose to visit the haunted house, and all the parents agreed beforehand. “This morning, Tommy did request leave, saying he couldn’t come. But in the afternoon, Mr. Spark brought him to the kindergarten, saying he had a date and it wasn’t convenient to bring Tommy along.” The moment I said that, Kent’s shoulders jerked and he lowered his head in panic. Beside him, Holly looked up in utter disbelief.

Hypno Halloween

Hypno Halloween

WITH ONLY one day left to Halloween, the people of Cape Cod were already setting into the mood of the Oktoberfest event. House yards were filled with spooky figures like white cloths to represent ghosts and the jack-o'-lanterns of course. Jake had stashed the book inside a compartment in his room, hoping the degenerate creatures of the dark would not find it. Certainly, there had to be a way to destroy all of them with the book and not just lifting it up in front of them when they showed up.

Fated To The Cursed Alpha: To Love Or To Kill.

They each held paper bags, which made my brows crease after I saw them. “What with the paper bags?” I asked them. “What’s with your smile, lover boy,” Alpha Kelvin teased and they laughed, making me roll my eyes. “It contains all the items Lilian and Maggie would need for the spell. I have big white candles,” Damien said. “I have garlic,” Khal said, raising his paper bag. “I have salt,” Alpha Kelvin raised his paper bag. “I have white petals,” Rand said and raised his paper bag. “I have nothing but my handsome self,” Billy twirled dramatically, making us chuckle.

CEO'S UNEXPECTED BABY

CEO'S UNEXPECTED BABY

I sat across from Ella and Lucy, with Grandma eyeing me like a hawk spotting its prey. “What’s all this?” Ella asked, whispering with a frown. “You said she liked bags,” I whispered back, leaning slightly. She scoffed like I’d offered her used socks. Her grandma moved closer and sat down, suspicious. “These are for you, ma,” I said, carefully placing the bags on the table like I was offering gold. “Do you think I’ll let you do whatever you want with my granddaughter just because you brought gifts?” “No, no! That’s not why I bought them,” I said quickly. “I just… wanted to get you something nice.”

Making Past Perfect

the woman whispered mysteriously. “Grandma, how much for these?” Alice asked, pointing to an old, large pair of earrings, a clay square bowl she could use for sticky notes and a small jar for pens. The old woman carefully packed the items into a paper bag and handed them to Alice without asking for payment. When Alice turned to ask again, the old woman had disappeared. “Excuse me, did you see the old lady beside your stall?” Alice asked a nearby vendor. “What old lady? No one’s been there,” the man replied.

ALPHA ROGAN OWNS ME

ALPHA ROGAN OWNS ME

She seemed very happy about their escape. “Agnes! Thank the Goddess that we were able to meet up. Is that the drug?” Nina saw a small little pill bag in Agnes’s left hand. And in the right hand was a gallon keg filled with some kind of substance. Judging from its movements, it was slushy. Nina stared at it curiously. “Yes, it is. Let us move quickly, we do not have time to waste!” Agnes quickly led Nina into the woods. “What is that in your other hand? What do you want to use it for?” Nina asked.
