At the very beginning of the specified page, there was a note written by the enigmatic author himself. It was a private message, intended just for Xavier, a reader who adored the author's work.

" Malakai smirked when he thought of the answer. "We're ghosts baby." Malakai responded and Eden wanted to laugh, but she was so confused at the same time. "Huh? The fuck do you mean?" He never remembered when he had read like that but he was determined to finish reading the whole story that very day. Dawn came. Hunter had just finished reading. His eyes were even more darker than ever. He threw the manuscript on the floor disappointedly. Apparently, he didn't find what he was looking for. One thing peculiar about the manuscript was that it talked more about everyone except the only person hunter was after; Nalishuwa Hamuumbu. He got up and felt his legs, back and neck ache like he had just finished running a marathon. He felt dizzy and sat back in his chair. He looked at the manuscript again and nodded his head. He thought about the amount of time he had wasted reading it

Xander asked as if he was rubbing salt on my mood after ruining my appetite. "Can you let go of me and stop bothering me? When did you start to care about whether I ate or not?" I snapped at Xander irritated. He ignored me and his eyes glanced at the floor to catch the sight of the book the floor. "Bambi and the devil. That's interesting so you are into dark romance." Xander read out the book title as he pinned me against the shelves. "I am not into dark romance. Why are you here and not with your precious lover?" I hissed at him not liking how close we were. His eyes had a fleeting emotion I could not read that quickly disappeared.

Angela mused. All the amusement was wiped off Hunter's face as he turned to glare at his evil little sister. "What is this?" Hunter said pointing at her nose, Angela looked down and he flicked her forehead earning a shriek of pain from her. Angela rubbed her throbbing forehead which had turned bright red as she punched his solid arm only to hurt her fists in response. "Behave," Xander said to Hunter who glared at the steak pondering if it was poisoned or worse; mixed with some magical potion to get him and his family killed.
