It suggested that if an object moved at a sufficient speed, the relative passage of time would slow down. This principle applied to human experiences too, like how moments of happiness seem to pass particularly quickly. Previously, she had been skeptical of this theory since she hadn't experienced such profound happiness to notice time flying by. This was the first time she truly felt unbridled happiness. Thus, this was the first time she felt time passing by too quickly.
