And then, just as quickly, the stone surface shimmered and— It disappeared. Gone. Varnished out of sight. What stood behind it was a tall, arched doorway carved into rock that didn’t belong anywhere near a modern alley. It looked ancient. Sacred. Ivy crawled around the frame, its vines thick and alive, as if the plant itself had been guarding the entrance for centuries. At the top of the arch, two wolves were carved in perfect symmetry, circling a crescent moon. I stepped closer, breath catching in my throat. “How long has this been here?”

This time it was a massive stone archway that was half covered with darkness so we couldn't see the full details. “The final door,” Vanessa breathed. Kaida tilted her head, observing the new image carefully. “The last line of the riddle—the forge lies past the final door. This archway could be our way in.” Once again, I repeated her words. I didn't mind being her voice, it was the least I could do. “Then we need to find it.” Xander said, his voice firm. The book pulsed one more, this time it sent a shockwave through the chamber. The shelves shook and the glowing orbs flickered wildly as a voice whispered into the air.

Warren's hands glowed, "Light bridge." A short translucent bridge appeared across the gap. The puzzles were piling up. The archway led into an open quadrangle surrounded on all sides by the structure of the castle itself. It was imposing, surging upwards in two levels of stone. Unlike the outer wall of the castle, the inner walls had large windows that opened into the quadrangle. Directly opposite them at the end of that seemingly endless courtyard was a huge door of weathered oak. A stone path led straight to it. Samuel set off down the path without a backward glance and Red scrambled behind him struggling to keep up.

Harry saunters over to the door, pulling it open, using it as a counterweight to his splayed-out limbs. With his free hand, Harry guides Ariadne through. A BMW is sitting on the curb. Archmaster declared in a very authoritative voice. There was a sudden lump blocking my throat. That punishment would be a disaster. I can sense it. I caught Caya gulped then she gasped an air. The portal closed when Angel entered into it. Portal magic is really that convenient when it comes to travelling between spaces and dimensions. Though, I have this intuition that Angel could not still use its full potential.
