My voice echoed around the room and I heard the dragon’s low chuckle. He emerged from the shadows and suddenly we were outside, in the open with the dark night sky above us. His eyes had a murderous glint in them and I watched his spiked tail. The dragon was gray, like mine and I almost felt sorry for the illusion. I ran straight toward him and he moved his body sideways as his tail swept across the ground and lifted at the last second to strike me full in the chest. I was on his tail and ran up towards his back as his tail swished around and he turned his head to get a look at me.

Harry replied to me, and as I turned to walk away, Harry asked me, "What should I do to them, your majesty?" I paused and stared at the five male dragons on the floor as they were chained and tied in a way they wouldn't be able to escape or shapeshift and fly away. I saw some of them looked younger, while some looked mature like male lords that could have already had a mate and probably a child at home. I said, "Don't kill them yet. Throw them into the dungeon."

He had to be as massive as a mountain. I had to admit that the Dragon was alluringly breathtaking. Luminous metallic purple scales cascaded over its entire form. Its wings arched slightly as they span across the sky. Its head turned down as it looked at me, with large radiant indigo eyes. When it redirected and started flying toward me, I stopped screaming and simply stared at the magnificent beast.

He didn't know. All this time he believed Stefanos was just another Lord residing amongst the commoners of the village that Xenia had come across. Elder Neil actually chuckled at that and I had to smile as Abeloth rolled his eyes. “This is Echo, Wynter’s dragon,” I said.
