Harry Potter Duelling Club Novels & Stories

Hogwarts Castle, Somewhere in the Scottish Highlands November 21st, 1992, 11:50 PM Susan could be seen, again, in her chair at the council room. Her face showed a frown while she thought about the happenings of the day. The chamber was indeed opened. And a student was attacked. That he was not killed was a good thing. Apparently his obsession in taking photos of everything magical saved his life. While she pondered on the events of the day, the clock in the room hit midnight, and the other three members of the Hogwarts Ghostly Council arrived and took their seats.

Father gave me a reprieve from training the next day, wanting me at max power on the off chance we came across any issues at the nightclub. The club we were visiting, Havoc, had once been a hub for magic users across the country. Potions and spells, hexes and curses, all were exchanged within Havoc’s walls. Witches from all walks of life visited under the guise of night, dark magic users included. As I stood in front of the mirror, my hands splayed out on the vanity’s surface, I ran my gaze over the make-up I had spent the last hour painstakingly applying.

He flicked my forehead and said, “You and your imaginations.” —---- The bullying tentatively stopped. Finally! I shouldn’t be this grateful because it is my freaking right to have a peaceful university life. But sadly, beggars can’t choose. The two she-wolves just picked a one-on-one battle with me. But I’ll have both of them as my opponents. The day of the duel has arrived, and we are here at the outdoor training gym. Everyone from Raven Class is here to witness the scene. The Suits, Ricky, Oliver, and my classmates are here too.

And the blood on his hands, the blood that he… I clenched my hands. Now, I can no longer stare at the hills without remembering Alison. I can’t look at the rings without remembering the engagement ring I gave her. I can’t look at blood without seeing hers and without thinking of that mortifying thing Bradley did that night. I can’t look at dead bodies without thinking of her lying on a huge rock, with her eyes wide open. When the duel started, I attacked mercilessly. Duke fought back. This was what I liked about him, about this whole thing. Altair, the only mage in this side of the kingdom, used mana around the training room. Without it, it would have been destroyed a long time ago.

Lilly widened her eyes when Declan turned out to be using his Lycan voice. “Thank you, for attending our weekly gathering. As you know. This event is held for every pack member in this community. To find friends, to find lovers. You can duel with each other to impress the woman you like. And for that, I want to remind you of the rules. Don't. Die.” The applause from everyone there was loud. Some even let out howls. Lilly refrained from covering her ears. Duel? Lilly thought. Will they compete to get a girlfriend?

Cedric stood tall and clasped his hands behind his naked torso. "I would rather eat sand than apologize to you." Oliver said with purckered lips. "So you admit you are guilty of the crime? You killed people yesterday!" Suzy squinted her eyes shut. "You want to eat sand? I will give it to you on a silver platter if you duel with me." "I'm not the main villain here, I did that to let everyone know I wasn't joking around with taking over rulership in the quarter." He tried to pacify Suzy.
