I'd listened to every word, refraining from uttering a vulgar reply that would only get Allyson hurt. Because now she'd found a way to buy my complacence. She'd tried to kiss me after her emotional breakdown and I'd let her, my body as taut as a primed guitar string. She'd gotten the message that even drugged, I was never ever going down that road with her. I'd never been so grateful for the fact that their lives were linked when she spat out Allyson's name like she was the person behind all of her problems in the world. Time went by and noon became evening, evening becoming night. The ritual to break the spell was going to take place on the roof of the castle.

Had something happened? I ran downstairs and bumped into Harry, who had also been awakened by the commotion. Together, we rushed outside and saw the three of them casting spells. Maria was leading, with Ethan and Lisa supporting her from behind. Harry and I exchanged glances; he shook his head, indicating that he was just as clueless about the situation as I was. We stood there, feeling a bit lost and hesitant to interrupt them. Ethan was the first to notice us. "Master, Mr. Harry, someone has breached the barrier," Ethan announced.

I say, taking a step backwards. "Rory," She calls, and I flinch. "For what it's worth, I really am sorry." I nod, walking out, steadying my breathes as I walk to the Living Room, see everyone sitted. "To break the curse fully, we need Alexandru, Lily and Rafe ofcourse, in a circle, holding eachother. We'll need the blood of the people you love the most, not to be Harry Potter-ish, but Love is the way to break this, the Ancestors casted the spell out of pure hatred, and with Love, we'll reverse it, actually, erase it."

Orion snorted, sending a spray of toothpaste into his beard. "Harriet, what kind of half-baked remark was that?" I shot her a dirty look. Harriet was losing her touch, if that's all she could come up with as an amusing comment. "You know, in Harry Potter, Harry could hear the snake moving around in the pipes." Harriet shook her head as she crossed her arms defensively. "I could hear you through the pipes. You guys were so loud I couldn't hear the echo of my own moans." I hopped to my feet and waddled over to the couch. I placed the back of my hand on Harriet's forehead. "No, you don't have a fever. Harriet, honey, I think that's the stupidest thing I have ever heard you say."

So I got myself a spot and sat down as thoughts of what might be happening between the two filled my head. I felt bad. I felt like I was all alone in the world even though there was loud music deafening my ears from the background. “Hey, kyle who invited you?” I heard an unfriendly familiar voice say. I lifted my head to see that it was Harry, boyfriend to Bella. Many believe that Harry will become one of the greatest warlocks as soon as he clocks eighteen and as such, they see him and Bella as a power couple. Unlike Bella, Harry is calmer and a bit friendly but I know better than to engage him in a chat as that could provoke his over a possessive girlfriend.

His eyebrows jumped up. “Holy sh–” “Don’t swear.” “Who the f–” “Don’t swear,” “Who the HELL sent you this!” Ms. Evans shot them a look. Lucas smiled at her. “Ms. Evans we were discussing about the depth of Neville Longbottom’s courage when he told Voldemort that he’d join them when HELL freezes over.” Ms. Evans’ eyes lit up. “Yes, of course! Neville Longbottom is an exemplary–” Zehra shook her head at Lucas, smiling.

Harry held tight onto his wheelchair and said through gritted teeth, "Alexander got to me, too. Bloody hell! I swear I'll kill him!" Stanley raised an eyebrow. He slowly went up to Harry and reached out his right hand. "Harry Chesire, your reputation precedes you. What an honor to meet you! The enemy of my enemy is my friend. Since you also have a grudge against Alexander, that means we have a common enemy. Why don't we…" Harry smiled maliciously, flashing his set of white teeth. An alliance? As long as they could kill Alexander, there was no harm in allying with the Hudson family.

The alpha growled loudly, “I don't care about your motivations, only your actions!” “Be on alert…” I whispered, feeling the warmth of his body. I sighed as he approached, brushing his lips. Furthermore, I closed my eyes, missing him. Furthermore, I opened my eyes, looking at him and sensing his reluctance. His eyes were different and clearer, indicating there was something he wanted to say despite his resistance. A bang echoed behind me. I turned my head, finding Harry invading the room and breaking the spell, with Agatha smiling by his side. I think I shared the vision because Harvey smiled.

To my surprise, Harry comes to his defence. “Actually I think it is. As much as I resent him right now, I would definitely have lost respect for him if he didn’t do something like this. Just remember, revenge is a dish best served cold and I am prepared to wait.” He says a warning in his voice. Okay then… this is both amusing and concerning. I guess a prank war between Bellamy and Harry might not be the worst thing. This might actually be the most childish thing I have ever seen Bellamy do. Making friends with Harry, someone who could not care less about his authority or status as Alpha might actually be good for him. He doesn’t get a lot of chances to cut loose, not to mention I think a bet
