There was nothing left for Gandalf to do except reflect on his vanishing existence, his heartbeat gradually slowing until it ceased altogether. Xavier let out a howl after confirming that Gandalf had finally died within Harry's body. The werewolves outside immediately smiled with joy upon recognizing the victorious howl delivered by Xavier. Xavier rushed to Viggo's side, offering his support as Viggo struggled to remain on his feet. Viggo's eyes were fixed on Harry, who lay on the ground. Suddenly, a dark aura burst forth from Harry's body, dissipating into the air. Viggo's heart raced as he realized that the malevolent influence of Gandalf was no longer present within Harry.

Tell Gordon this: even if he dies, he'll die by my side. My lashes lowered as I forced down the sting in my chest. It didn't matter. I was already dead. Whether or not she believed the truth no longer mattered. She could never hurt me again. But I was dragged along, bound to her as she stormed out of Jude's home. The older witch slams her palm against the table, chanting faster, trying to force the presence back. The voice fades to a whisper, but the last words are clear, cutting through the crackle of the dying candles. “The boy dies… or the curse remains.” The final candle goes out. Darkness swallows the room, then lit up again flickering, giving the dark room a little light again.

Sean and he rushed to Lilith’s side. Sean’s hand hovered over Lilith’s neck, and his eyes widened with disbelief. “She’s dead,” he said, his voice filled with confusion and bewilderment, mirroring everyone’s sentiments. Kat was searching for something on the ground. “Shit,” she murmured as she picked up a broken vial on the ground. “She used the Crimson Cessation. A death spell used by many ancient witches. It is like a self-destructed button. But it requires a powerful host and a lineage.” She told the last words to herself rather than everyone.

The woman completes it for me, but the look in her eyes tells me that she thinks it's anything but just. I start to push through the crowd to make my way to the middle, where Harry is going to kill both teenagers, so that I can stop him. I'm almost close to the scene when two different pitches of ear-piercing screams flood the entire courtyard and everyone gasps. The screams stopped at the same time. The two kids are dead. Harry killed them.

The spawn of the evil deceased Dark Lord, ruler of the Underworld. “Hmmm, now where did you hide the little Dark Lord?” He murmured, and the scene changed. Suddenly, a series of loud knocks slammed against the greenhouse door, sharp and abrupt, making Ron yelp and jolt back. The ladle clattered against the edge of the cauldron and the images vanished with a hiss, melting back into a bland swirl of violet mist. Ron groaned, shoulders slumping. Now he had to perform the spell all over again. Just who was it that was ruining his progress? He nearly found out where the Dark Lord was kept when he was a baby.

groaned Lycus Lewis in his mind. Albus looked around the room and did not find the scepter containing The Heart of Magic. Albus's heart pounded. He approached Lycus Lewis, who was in a state of death. Albus tore off Lycus Lewis's shirt. He could see that tendrils of black energy were almost filling Lycus Lewis's chest. Once his chest was perfectly black, his heart would explode and shatter. Lycus Lewis was dying.

That was the signal for the departure of everyone who watched us as if the show was over. At that point, I could not help but gasp as the transparent liquid went down from my eyes to my cheeks. But before anyone could notice it, I immediately wiped away the tears that welled my eyes. I got up from the trade while still carrying the book. I turned to look back at Hailey and Albus. There, I saw them again. I saw two black shadows behind them. Two grim reapers who would soon take their souls to the other side of the world.

They chanted, "APÓKRYPSI TIS PAROUSÍAS" The group turned invisible. It was only this time that they managed to breathe. They inhaled deeply and drank the cold air hungrily as if each gulp could be very well their last. When the blinding light from Audrey's spell faded away, the group saw the army of the undead in close proximity passing by them.
