Harry Potter Series Reading Level Novels & Stories

“Oh my god! You got me the Harry Potter Series!” I rushed to the bookshelf and grabbed a copy of ‘Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire’. It was the only book I had read in the series and I had fallen in love with it. I had promised myself that I would buy more but I never got the money. “Yeah, girl,” she said smugly, “and I got you some others you might like…” I saw the other books and my jaw dropped. It was almost all the books on my reading wish list.

she asked, picking up the book. "Pureblooded Potterhead," I replied proudly. "You're looking at someone who's reread Harry Potter so many times that I’ve started cramming what happens on what page." Her face lit up as she said, "You're kidding, me too. I love those books. But Chamber of Secrets is my favourite." “How can you say that?” I gasped. “Deathly Hallows was the best.”

Tove provided a brief explanation. I snorted. Yeah, right. That wasn't possible. I didn't care what kind of magic they thought they had, there was no such thing as moving pictures. I'd seen one picture in my entire life, and it certainly hadn't moved. Unless someone thought the flames eating away at the edges counted as it ‘moving.' "We'll show you. I think Tove has the Harry Potter series," Tag said. "We can start tonight. Give everyone some time to process what's happened."

I said, which made Cyrus’ eyes grow wide. “You’ve actually seen Harry fucking Potter?!” “I’ve read it. I have kids and grandkids. I need to know the things they know. Besides, even though the author was a dumbass, it’s a pretty cool story.” Cyrus nodded, “it is, right?” He winked at me. “But don’t fucking worry. I’ll die first, so I’ll let you know what it’s like.” “Don’t make jokes about that!” April said, slapping Cyrus’ arm, who pretended to be more hurt than he actually was.

Dawn remarked when she wandered into the room one day after class to see the first Harry Potter book in the brunette’s hands. “Hadn’t had time to finish it”, Lena said. She set her book aside and picked up Goblet of Fire “I’ve marked the page you were on”, she told Dawn as she held it out to her. The teen smiled, took the book from Lena and relaxed onto her bed to start reading. Lena picked up where she left off in the novel. ~0~

The Little Mermaid popped out at me, as did The Emperor's New Clothes, but I thought maybe a story that people are foolish in public wouldn’t be the best choice. Then I looked around some more and picked up Floca’s Moonshot: The Flight of Apollo 11, Lewis’s The Wolf, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and Dahl’s Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, and a few others. I paused at the Harry Potter series, but while the girls were old enough, being werewolves, for the story, I knew the sizes of the books would put them off. Next year, I thought. They’d have handled textbooks by then and wouldn’t be so rapidly opposed to books an inch thick or more.

Every morning was a gift. Nisan had grown quickly, as half-blood children often did. She was already sitting up on her own, reaching for objects with her tiny hands, babbling in a language that only she understood. Her dark hair had thickened, curling around her ears. Her gray eyes had lightened, becoming almost silver in certain lights. The golden glow still flickered beneath her skin, especially when she was happy or excited or hungry. The First Wolf's power was there, watching, waiting, but not interfering. He had learned patience. He had learned that some things could not be rushed.

She was slowly becoming agitated as Harry kept on staring at her and waiting for a reply. "That was a long time ago, Harry, how would you expect me to remember?" Harry raised an eyebrow, staring at her suspiciously. If there was one thing he was certain about, his little girl would never ever forget her favorite book. She talked about it a lot and it seems she read the book more than fifty times. Harry remembewred the fact that she used to explain the book to him, hook line and synced. "Well, it's Throne of glass..." He replied , still looking her up suspiciously.

It had always been a thought. Mum’s expression earlier flashed through my mind. I pushed my pink frame back in place as they slipped down my nose. Damn Sally. I sighed and walked to the other side of the room, picking up the book I had tossed earlier. It was a Harry Potter series. One of my favorite books of all time. I hugged it to my chest. “I am sorry.” I whispered, then slid it back into the shelf. I buried my face into my pillow and gave out a quiet, muffled scream.
