Everyone around me were screaming, staring at the door. Run! She is here! We all will die! No one will be spared! Run! Hurry up! I failed to understand what they meant until I saw something that even made me take a step back. No...this was impossible. A dark deadly aura was getting emitted from the room in which my butterfly was, and I gulp when I see something sliding out from under the door. It was jet black. A strange-smelling slime-like thing. That I had never seen before. It burned and choked whatever it touched. And it kept moving forward.

A possibility that could lead me to my freedom. I stood up, dusted my clothes, and walked towards the shelves, flinching every time my head throbbed. My eyes squinted at the endless rows of glass bottles, all filled with liquid; potions of various colors and consistency. Whoever this wizard is, his collection of potions are very impressive. Some of the bottles were clearly labeled, love potion, flying potion, summoning potion, super strength potion while others had scribbles that were barely legible.

“Looks like death in a saucepan.” “It’s a component spell,” she said. “It’s like dissolving the glue that holds the pieces together, so that what remains are easier to melt.” “And you want it to dissolve and melt into a foul stinking black goo because…?” Harry looked at her, raising an eyebrow. Behind them, his werewolf had dragged a crate to hold the door open and had begun to carry things in from outside, stacking boxes onto the benches. Harry glanced back at him. “Tell me in a moment, I need to help Jules before that crazy soldier-frat-boy comes and whips our arses.”

“Pretty much, I’m sad to say. They might survive a little white as its slave, but ultimately the wight is out for blood.” “Sadly, mom means out for blood in the literal sense, not the figurative.” Sapphire added that delightfully twisted fact. “We’ll have to clean up two things at once with this one. Remember, we don’t have much to go on. What we took on was a slave of a wight who was on its last legs. Be mindful of these things because they have a poison or some type of neurotoxin. I forget the scientific name, but the slaves end up full of something they call grave sand. It’s a sandy substance that’s created inside the animated corpse as it breaks down during rot.

Sunshine screams as the mixture flying through the air strikes her down. I step inside the protection ring. I reach out to make an opening and pull her onto our side to protect her, but before I can pull Sunshine into my magic protection, one of the minions grabs Sunshine. He hits Sunshine one time with the salty-smelling potion, and it penetrates her body.

I gesture in the general direction of the door, away from where we are both standing. “Seriously? Won’t that make a mess?” He asks warily. “Just do it, you’ll see.” I promise. Harry shrugs and flings the potion into the air. Within a few moments of being airborne the potion changes from liquid to gas and basically turns into a miniature, pastel pink and very glittery cloud. Harry stares at it wide-eyed. “Woah, that’s awesome. It kind of looks like a little kid's dream decorations for some unicorn princess themed party. What exactly IS the potion?” He asks. I laugh at his description. He isn’t wrong.

It took me minutes before I arrived to the first page of the ‘Potion Section’. “Animal Transformation Potion, Appearance Potion, Beauty Potion, Disguise Potion, Elixir of Life, Hair Growth Potion, Happy Potion, ..” every word was fascinating. I didn’t know things like these existed. Then after a few seconds, “The Love Potion.” I mumbled as I found the page that would bring me into my own death. “Two alive love bugs, three cups white wine, three cups red wine, nine apple seeds, and nine fresh rose petals.” I immediately read the ingredients and tried to familiarize the steps myself.

A loud shrieking sound came from the beast. If he wasn't angry before, he sure was now! Think Hazel, THINK! But what the fuck could I do? I was just a girl, a stupid girl waving a stick at a nightmarish beast. What could a stick do? Suddenly an idea popped into my mind. I lifted the stick higher and made sure it was directly pointed at the beast. "EXPELLIARMUS!" I shouted. But nothing happened. FUCK! This spell always worked for Harry Potter - most of the times.

Orion snorted, sending a spray of toothpaste into his beard. "Harriet, what kind of half-baked remark was that?" I shot her a dirty look. Harriet was losing her touch, if that's all she could come up with as an amusing comment. "You know, in Harry Potter, Harry could hear the snake moving around in the pipes." Harriet shook her head as she crossed her arms defensively. "I could hear you through the pipes. You guys were so loud I couldn't hear the echo of my own moans." I hopped to my feet and waddled over to the couch. I placed the back of my hand on Harriet's forehead. "No, you don't have a fever. Harriet, honey, I think that's the stupidest thing I have ever heard you say."
