When I saw the old crone inside, my apprehension turned to horror.
With that dreamy, horrible smile, she was hideous in look, mumbling to herself. Her hair was lank and lustrous, and it hung around her like rotten straw ropes. In the corner, a cauldron gently bubbled, emitting the most hellish and rotten vapors. The cave's floor was littered with frog leg fragments, bat wings, and newt eyes. Her ferocious and cunning lupine eyes only sprang to life when she whispered arcane words from a spell. They were perched on top of her hawkish, hooked nose. The most ridiculous wart sprang from it. It was the size of a saucer at the very least.
