The woman yelped and fled I heard a shout. “Aurora!” Heather screamed as she fell over Aurora and I watched as the chandelier came crashing on top of her

Heaven

Heaven

She could feel the black soft soil under her feet tickling her as she stepped. She giggled as her eye met a bird, Her giggle was disputed by a cry, she gasps looking around walking in deep towards the cry of a deer. Her eyes fell upon one, wound by a thorn full branch, his antler stuck between the dry branches of dead bushes. She let out a gasp freezing on her feet as the pair of eyes stare back at her.

In Her Head

In Her Head

Dawn exclaimed, with her hands flying out of the window. Jodie stretched out her hands to turn the radio on all the way from the backseat, it was "I love you baby" by Frank Cinatra. This felt good. I unconsciously began to hum to the rhythm and before you know it, we were all singing out loud. Our voices filling the cool night air. It was just like a scene from one of those old movies, until Jodie tapped me. "Kleo," My eyes followed her arm to see what she was pointing at. A freaking truck was headed our way.

The air around her felt crispy cool, and for a moment she wanted to lie back down and just sleep. A menacing set of giggles made her sit up straight. She turned her head left and right, attempting to trace the sound, but this only resulted in strengthening her headache.

The Luna He Never Deserved

The Luna He Never Deserved

Heels approached, clinking against the tiled floor, but I paid no heed, my attention fixated on how to make the ache coursing through my skull subside. The hair on my skin rose as the heels came to a halt just in front of me. My lashes fluttered. I blinked, my eyes widening. She chuckled, arms crossed, her scent engulfing my senses. “Look who the Moon Goddess decided to shove my way,” she snarled. Shit! I hissed. Not now. Not here.

In a heartbeat

In a heartbeat

" | jumped back in the air but he moved to the right and | lost my footing, stumbling in my steps. "See Penelope? You can't even stand correctly." He said and | started to hit his chest through the gray fabric of his shirt. "Shut...up...and give me...the bottle!" | kept saying but running out of breath. "Then let me at least help you. | saw some errors of yours, Penelope. Let me help you." | finally gave up and stood with my arms slumped at my sides and my lungs pumping with me panting from jumping up and down repeatedly.

Stranger Than Murder

Stranger Than Murder

That was not what she meant by going over the edge at the window. Heather stood there staring down after her boss looking somewhat lost. Chloe didn't know how she could look down like that, being so high up, but she had been planted against the glass earlier getting fucked and didn't seem to mind the height. Chloe was about to suggest that Heather step back when Heather took a step back.

A Second Chance at Romance

A Second Chance at Romance

Hannah tucked a stray lock behind her ear before raising her head in satisfaction. High heels were definitely a woman's best friend when it came to confrontational situations. Ever since Hannah had gotten used to wearing heels, she'd fallen in love with them. It felt extremely satisfying to be able to kick someone down while wearing high heels. Hailee was so stunned by Hannah's display of violence that she could only remain rooted to the spot. It was then she finally remembered how ferocious Hannah actually was. Because of that, she didn't dare to move an inch, though her expression was frozen in terror.

No One's Luna

No One's Luna

I need to forget what happened tonight and this is the best way. We continue dancing and drinking for what feels like forever. It has basically been all 90′s hip hop and pop with a little country mixed in. We get lost in the music and are having such a good night. I don’t realize that the boys have returned until a slow song comes on and the girls let out a collective “Ahh man!” “I for one am so glad because my feet are killing me. Seriously, I hate heels. Why do you guys wear them all the damn time and on purpose?”

Ashlea Fitzgerald
Loved this story, such a great read! I get so frustrated reading books on here sometimes because the grammer is so bad and I can’t focus on the story. This story had none of that! The characters were well written and thought of I’m honestly chomping at the bit to see if the next story is as amazing!
Dani Clark
Lily Dean's book is filled with passion, a fantastic plot, brilliant characters and lots of heat. I really enjoyed the overall plot for No One's Luna. Dean was able to keep a constant pace throughout. She captures your attention and pulls you in from page one right through to the end.
