Her forehead was already bleeding, leaving dark red stains on the floor. That drumming sound they'd heard earlier was her head hitting the ground. "You came after all." Harley's POV Chelsea pulls me back before I can get to the door. The action almost makes me trip and fall but I get my balance quickly and turn to her with a frown on my face. "What was that for?" I question with the frown still etched on my face. This is the first time I am wearing heels this high and I am trying to move with them with ease. I need to play my role perfectly well so no one will suspect a thing. She covers her mouth with her two hands in surprise and her eyes wide open. "I'm sorry."

Liza's relationship with heels had always been messy and the fact that she was wearing sky-high heels only increased her chances of falling flat on her face or breaking her ankle, she took each step carefully as she walked down towards the isle.
