I couldn't find a single word to say. Hearing my quiet sobs, Diego's tone softened. "Hey, why are you crying? The principal position is gone, but there's still a place for you here. Just come back." Listening to his reassurance, my tears flowed even harder. Five years ago, I played Chopin's "The Farewell Waltz" in this piano shop. I never imagined that the sadness in the music would someday mirror my heartbreak, as if everything had been destined. Just then, my phone buzzed with a text from my lawyer. "Ms. Tucker, your divorce documents are ready and have been sent to your email. Please check them at your convenience."

I was on the balcony of my room, sipping the beer I bought in the market earlier. I was just looking at the sea while my treacherous mind was slowly traveling to the day where I caught the betrayal of my father and ex-fiance. I didn't remember these scenes from the past few days, so I thought I had moved on, but not yet. It still hurts. I loved Callie the most and literally gave her everything she wanted... but that was still not enough for that woman. I was in my deep thoughts and drowning in sadness again when I heard my phone ring. It was an unknown number. This phone is brand new and only a few people know my number, so I frowned when I answered that call.

"For what? I'm happy now. Evan is a friend." She shook her head at me, "Not about that honey... If only a few days relationship could do that to you. If only by listening to my story you were devasted. I'm afraid what would happen if you fall in love. And that person breaks your heart. I'm afraid you won't be able to take it." "First of all, that won't happen. And second of all, mom I'm strong enough to take anything that life throws at me. Whether it be a heartbreak."

The thing about heartbreak was you can’t see anyone other than the person that had hurt you. You can’t see how someone else looks at you because you’re blinded by the pain and betrayal from the past. You looked at everyone like they’re out to get you. Life becomes a series of black and white. Right and wrong. Good and bad. It’s bleak, lonely, and sad. Laughter becomes fleeting and happiness seems nonexistent. And though you appreciate the company and support the wound was still there. Someone may fill up the gap but it doesn’t heal the wound from the past.

I told him. He smiled at me,"Oh,so you are the pretty girl she's being talking about,really nice to meet you." "Freshman?." "Yeah." "Wait, aren't you supposed to be residing on campus?."He questioned. "Yeah,it's a long story." "Care to make it short." "Yeah,I guess." I told him everything,from Genesis to Revelation of my heartbreak. "Why will they do that?, that's not what friends do." "Atleast, someone understands me, everyone thinks I'm the one with the problem."

Heartbreak is a feeling that makes you want to rip your own heart out so your heart can’t feel the pain anymore. Almost everybody is going to go through it at least once. If you are able to avoid it your entire life, then consider yourself luxury. It can be either a breakup, a death, or any other real disappointment in life that is just too unbearable for the heart you have to handle.It leaves you with a ton of questions, depending on the root of the pain. You're wondering if you will ever be able to move on from that person who hurt you. The one that ripped your heart out. The one who you wanted so desperately even though you knew it wouldn’t work, and happiness from it would always be out

If you are looking for a romantic love story, this is not it. Although there is love in my story, a perfect love at one time. There is also a lot of pain, heart ache, and sadness. This is not a fairy tale, there is no white knight. This is a story about betrayl, anger, bitterness, forgiveness, and change. This is my story of how my life fell apart.

With that, he went out, shutting the door behind him with a loud bang. It seems he had no idea what he just did. "How to avoid a guy I almost fucked with five years ago." I take abuse very seriously and I hate anyone who mistreats people. This story could be for anyone who had their heartbroken. Heartbreak is the worst feeling in the world. This story has a lot of heartbreak; from Jennifer getting betrayed by Terrance, Terrance getting tortured by Jennifer, Jennifer reliving the nightmares she experienced with her father, and a lot more.
