I said, and my stomach just had to kick me to the point I laughed with the idiot of a boss. "You are beautiful when you smile. You might not see it or believe it but I do. I would swear that angels are looking all over for you because that smile lightens everything up. Do not hide it Miss Hunter. Now, let's go eat." He let go of my hand, and walked to the door... More like danced to the door but okay, whatever makes him happy.

I executed a mid-roll and landed a forceful kick squarely on his jaw. “I watch her breathe, I see her smile, I drown in her those tiny and innocent giggles, my-my stomach goes on a rampage when I see her frown, I make her worries mine,” our bodies made contact with the ground, but the distinction lay in the fact that I was standing while he remained down, dead, limp and dead. “If this is not, then what is heaven?” Is heaven greater than the euphoria of falling headlong for someone? His lips curled, and for the first time in forever, I saw him smile, making a dimple pop on his right cheek. Oh my goodness. A direct descendant of heaven? Because, damn. His eyes were brightened by his smile, making them shine. My mouth dropped open. Was this a dream? "Wow. You really should smile more, Damien." He chuckled, pulling me even closer to him. "Don't you worry. I'll smile more around you."

"Yes, I'll be your girlfriend. Yes, you can take care of us. Yes, Adam. Yes." The smile that broke across his face was not the thin, self-deprecating smile of the past week. It was not the controlled, professional smile of the CEO or the polite, distant smile of the man at the reception in Zurich. It was a real smile — wide and unguarded and almost painful in its intensity. The smile of a man who had been holding his breath for a decade and had finally been allowed to exhale.

Stefan’s head slowly snapped up, his pitch-black, piercing eyes locking onto the subordinate. Then, a miracle occurred, something that none of his board of directors or global competitors had ever witnessed in their entire lives. The harsh, frozen granite of Stefan’s handsome face completely melted. The sharp, predatory line of his lips softened, tilting upward into a genuine, breathtakingly bright smile. It was a proud, profoundly tender smile, radiating an intense warmth that was reserved for only one soul in the universe. ‘My brilliant girl’, his heart whispered, a fierce, protective ache swelling inside his chest.

She gave him a dazzling, high-energy smile. "Hi. I'm Ava, the favorite sibling. And you must be the famous Ryan Hayes. Wow. The internet photos really don't do the jawline justice." ​Ryan blink-blinked, completely caught off guard by two highly energetic, completely unbothered young adults was a brand new territory. ​"It's a pleasure to finally meet you both," Ryan said, signaling the waiter with a smooth wave of his hand. He looked at the siblings with an amused, welcoming warmth. "And please, order whatever you want. It sounds like you had a long trip."

She turned back, meeting his gaze, a sinister smile curling on her lips. She mouthed the words: "She’ll be just fine… in heaven." Fred’s pulse skyrocketed. “No!!!” he screamed.

Davis. The only other thing that ever made me feel like I was in heaven like I do now was that hug we shared a long time ago. The hug that I call my heaven. I don't get many of those hugs anymore not so much recently because of everything that recently happened between us but hopefully many more of these heaven moments to come.
