Helen Of Troy の小説・ストーリー

She flinched, hugging a small cup to her chest. I frowned. I could see fear evident in her dull green eyes. "What do you want?" I asked calmly this time. "I j-just w-want to give you water. I didn't w-wan't you to d-die," she stuttered. "Who are you?" I asked her. "One of Sahin's toys. Please drink this quickly before his men come," she said and approached me. I don't know why I wanted to believe her but my brain said no. "I'd rather die of thirst," I turned away. She tapped my shoulder, "Please." I narrowed my eyes at her, "What is your name?"

She pulled out of the hug. “Helen’s parents must be informed.” I sighed when she said that. “Helen has no parents, her mother died in childbirth and her father died in the war twenty years ago. She grew up as a orphan here and when she was old enough she trained to be a warrior. She wanted her life to have a purpose.”

But now, without the late king's presence, she was likely even more unruly. Her daughter, Jessica, was just as wicked. She frequently abused her maids and servants. Once, she even threw stones at Helen, causing her severe injuries. Helen could not complain because, as an elder, she had to endure the princess' wrath. And after all, she was well aware of the princess' cruel nature. Furthermore, there was a longstanding enmity between Eleanor and Hector. Hector was once a renowned warrior who struck awe across the land. At the age of seventeen, he led eight hundred cavalrymen to defeat ten thousand Huns, capturing worldwide attention.

Helen's expression turned somber, her eyes clouding over with a mixture of sadness and concern. "They entered into a terrible fight years ago," she revealed, her voice barely above a whisper. "And he barely visits anymore." Helen's pace slowed even further, allowing me to catch up with her easily. "Oh... " I trailed off, not really knowing what to say. "What about the lady?" "That's lady Nymeria. She's the Lycan's King's mistress." She announced, her voice calm like she was discussing the weather. I froze into a halt, my eyes growing wide.

Or had it been someone else? Was it real? Was it illusion? "Alpha Drey," Tessy said suddenly. "If you can't see what Helen is doing, then maybe you're not fit to lead us right now." That hit like a blade. Gasps echoed. The warriors tensed. I met her stare, expecting fear or apology. But her eyes were steel. I turned without a word and left the chamber. ……………………………………… Back in my quarters, Helen was waiting. She wore a deep blue robe, her hair cascading over one shoulder, her lips painted soft red.

He shrugged. "She's fine. Even if it could affect her, she's powerful enough in her own right, and has friends and admirers in high places. Plus she keeps to herself now. Has since Troy fell....the Helen episode, not that last time." He shook his head and chuckled...still gazing off into some unknown distance. "Amazing how they just can't seem to keep that city in one piece. And they just keep asking for it."

Adrexa inquires. "Helen left her husband King Menelaus of Sparta, whose older brother is King Agamemnon of Mycenae. Both kings will take this as an insult and an excuse to attack Troy for its riches," I inform them. "The Greeks will not attack our city," the older boy Pallus states angrily. "Our walls were built by Poseidon himself and are impenetrable. No army would dare insult the god Poseidon," Pallus says defensively. Not wanting to get into a heated debate with a pre-teen, I simply state, "You're right. I apologize for worrying you all needlessly. I'm going to walk around for a little bit."

"Sorry for interrupting dad." "Helen made a covenant with her best friend and when it was time for her best friend to deliver her babies, she delivered them and reminded Helen about the blood covenant and the promises they made to each other before she died but before she died, Helen told her that in future, what if she doesn't have enough money to take care of the kids, what should she do rather than watching them suffer?"

"I don't know the first thing about being a father. I wasn't expecting this." "You're not doing it alone, you'll learn as you go along. Don't make a mistake and run away from this."Eoin stood from his chair and picked up the files. "You're lucky you know, Penelope is a great little girl." I looked up at Eoin in surprise, after hearing the name."Penelope?" "That's what Jamie called her, after your mother. I should get back to work, Don't drink too much."He walked out of the office and back to his.

She has blonde hair, a pair of blue eyes, and a short, pointed nose like mine. I tried to help myself get up, but it felt like ages since I moved my arm, causing me to fail. “Let me help you,” The lovely lady said, and she did so gently. However, the moment she touched my arm, I felt something inside me, as if I knew who she was. I stared at her as confusion started to fill my mind, “Who are you?” She gave me a sweet smile, “I’m Dr. Helen Foster, from the Sixth Caste. You’re here at the Academy’s infirmary after Professor McLaren found you in the woods.” She answered.
