The woman looked at her and smiled. “My name is Odelia Phyleon, a proud name in our race. I saw you coming long before you accepted your fate written by the Norns Hel.” She motioned for her to move forward and this room had tons of shelves all sorts of things on them. Hel knew potions and such when she saw it. She could hear talking in the back, and there was a slight sweet smell. “What are they making?” She asked. “What you and Max need to hide, it will take some time.” She indicated a seat and Hel just looked at it not taking it. Odelia however sat in the other chair and poured herself some tea.

However, as the guardians began to disperse, a peculiar fragrance wafted through the air — sweet yet pungent, familiar yet foreign. Lysandra paused, her senses heightened. "Do you smell that?" Alec, nostrils flaring, nodded. "It's reminiscent of the Elysian blooms, but there's something... off." Suddenly, the ground trembled, and a brilliant blue fissure cracked open in the center of the glade. From it, a torrent of ethereal petals poured forth, swirling around and engulfing the area in a mesmerizing dance. But amidst this beauty, a palpable tension gripped the air.

And the blush that was barely receding was back again. "I'm not a pretty little flower, Roses are as pretty as they are dangerous." He scoffed, standing up and even from where he was standing, I could see that he'll tower over me. He straightened out his suit jacket. Eyes boring into mine. "The only dangerous roses are those with thorns Rose, and you my dear, you have no thorns. You're a pretty little flower, a harmless little flower." He walked towards me till he was standing right Infront of me, towering over me as expected, I craned my neck just too look at him. "I'll be taking my leave now pretty flower, say hi to Mr. Potter for me."

He asked, glowing. Edrand pretended to think by tipping a finger under his chin and then said. "I guess it's a mixture of everything harmful. A henbane, Duskthorn, wolfsbane, silver, and moonhide! Ah, yes!" He shouted, throwing his hands up in excitement. His evil laugh rippled across the bathroom. Isolde glowered at him as the rush of blood through her veins suffocated her. She could hardly see the face of the devil putting her

But Ysabella knelt at the foot of the bed, poured some of the oil into her palms, and began to work. Meanwhile, Hecate placed both hands on Odette's forehead. She closed her eyes and began to murmur in a language that made the air in the room feel heavier. Ancient words. Words that seemed to come from somewhere deep in the earth, from roots that stretched back to the beginning of all things. Her fingers began to glow with a soft amber light, pulsing in rhythm with her heartbeat. The light spread across Odette's face, sinking into her skin, flowing down her neck and into her chest.

Nyx whispered again, but this time her voice sounded tense. Aurora frowned slightly and leaned closer to Alpha Matheus, trying to see if his scent was the one affecting her so strongly. But to her surprise, it wasn’t. The scent belonged to someone else. And it was far more powerful than Matheus’s. Standing before Aurora was Alpha Orion of the Hallow Pack. He wore grey trousers and a blue floral shirt, while a pair of dark shades rested over his eyes. Tattoos covered his hands, though they were partly hidden as he slid them into his pockets.

A path of deep crimson rose petals leads down a central aisle, flanked by pews of dark, polished wood. The ceiling is a cascade of wisteria, thousands of delicate purple blossoms tumbling down with their fragrance perfuming the air. Mixed in between them are tiny, golden lights that twinkle like captured stars, casting a soft, magical glow over everything. At the end of the path stands a simple arch woven from more wisteria and deep green ivy. And there he is.

“If it follows you down the aisle, squeeze your bouquet twice. That’s the signal. I’ll handle whatever ‘it’ is.” Evandra’s mouth curved. “You can handle everything?” “That’s what Betas are for.” A faint glimmer of humor. Liora set the last pin, then reached into her pocket and produced a tiny sachet bound in white thread. “Ward. Rosemary, rue, yarrow. The healers swear by it for ‘lingering glances from the unseen.’” She made air quotes with one hand—ridiculous and endearing. “Tuck it in your bodice. If it’s nonsense, at least it smells like a garden.”

Her awareness melds with mine, her excitement washing through me, and slowly we spin around to see Onyx. His dark eyes focus on me, his chest heaving up and down as he takes a step closer. My chest feels like it is growing larger by the minute until he gets close enough and I catch his scent. His soft aroma of eucalyptus and rosemary hits my nose and everything he has done, every wrong, every lie, is lost in the light that blinds me in sheer excitement. “Mate.” Onyx whispers with a happy sigh. “My. Mate.”

“That son of a bitch, Felix swooped in like he knew when it would go on sale. I guess those Warhammer contacts are treating him well.” Dark bloom roses were used almost exclusively for relaxation mixes and hemp was used as a carrier since werewolves tended to like it better than a mix with tobacco.
